Yes yes yes … I bought it and was not disappointed
I love this saw , does everything I need it to do and I like how fast it cuts , blades are thin so the saw cuts quickly and smoothly , it is a little bit slow to start after stopping and trying to start again due to the safety features but I would highly recommend

Fantastic saw, Very happy with this so far, Great power and feels solid, Markings on baseplate correspond perfectly with the saw blade so extremely accurate, Milwaukee feels like a toy in comparison, Dewalt saws alot great IMO however I feel this is more compact which I prefer as I work off ladders alot, Highly recommended

Shuts off for a long time on hot days .
It worked perfect until it didnt. Was around 70f. It just would not work . All other tools fine . Battery was changed out over an over . Would not work . Thought it was broke . A few hours later it worked . But stopped again a few minutes later. Then it worked the whole next day in shade .

Non multivolt batteries will not attach
The key word here is Multivolt

Metabo HPT Skil saw
There is no difference in between this new, saw with a hook and the older version without the hook they both have the same power they perform exactly the same. The torque is no better on the new one than it is on the old one. I bought it thinking I was getting an upgraded saw, and I did not and I was a little disappointed . In the end, I love their products and now I just have a third saw in case one of the other two break. I am a framing contractor so we use them quite a bit.

Uncharacteristic for the brand
Received this brand new bare tool, put a fully charged Metabo HPT 36v battery in it, nothing happened when I pulled the trigger. Tried multiple batteries before requesting a replacement. I barely used the replacement, doing some light cutting, for one day. Then the saw stopped working. Very uncharacteristic for this brand. I've used a wide selection of their tools over 15 years without a similar problem.

Metabo circ saw
I had used a Metabo cordless circ saw that a friend has and was impressed. I bought this and have been using it with a quality plywood blade for ripping plywood etc. and it’s so nice to not have a cord to think about. Metabo tools are well designed and very solid. I also bought a cordless brad nailer and portable 10” table saw made by Metabo and have been very pleased with quality as well as price.
