I am going to revise my review AGAIN and boost this up to 5 stars. Once you get these set up, and batteries charged, this is a great product. Batteries last a looong time. I love the sound now because I’m using it to train animals. Now, just the sound snaps everyone to attention. One gun recently took a 3’ drop. Didn’t break. That aside, still some things to know: - Rechargeable batteries arrived uncharged, so don’t let your kids get too excited when they first arrive. (AA batteries would have been a much easier option.) - Instructions aren’t the best. To snap in the water cartridge, you have to remove the blank cartridge. There is a button behind the trigger on the left side that releases it. - Disconnecting the battery to replace it can be frustrating. Tiny plastic clips you have to squeeze and pull apart. Not easy for adult-sized fingers. Resorted to pliers to loosen them a bit and was able to finish with fingers. Fortunately, battery life is fantastic. - It’s loud. Not cap gun loud, but you’ll know if someone in your house is using it. - Good-sized water chamber. Rarely need to refill for animal training. - Good range!

My grandsons loved these! Hours of fun. had an extra battery pack for charging when one died. We got a total of 4 for our three grandsons so, there was always another one ready to go!

Ok, so initially I had bought this and it was awsome but it leaked. Well ill tell you what, this company stood behind their product and reached out to me. I sent then a video of it leaking and they replaced it. And the new one is great, no leaks. They also said that they would refund my money. Now I'm not that kind of person. All I want is what I paid for and they delivered. So no i don't want a refund. Your company held up it's end and I'm cool with that. So I totally would buy this again. This I bought to help train my 2 new kittens. I can see this to be very popular with the younger kids. Buy it, it's a great toy, even if you just messing with you're spouse. It is fun. Thanks again for the company reaching out. You definitely stand behind youre product

Nice water pistol but leaks a bit

My Grandsons love these. They work great and keep these kids playing outside and not in the house playing video games.

Two guns, delivered without batteries. The box was damaged and taped, so maybe somebody swiped them in transit somewhere, but I don't know. I reported it and the company sent me more batteries next day air. It can't be five stars though, b/c they literally shipped in a non-working state. With batteries, these guns are AMAZING. All the little boys loved them. Also, they leak a little. I was hoping the higher end guns I could maybe fill and keep on my desk for a little animal behavior reinforcement. But no, they leak. So minus one star for arriving without batteries. Minus one for leaking. But still, these are some bad dudes! So much fun!
