BLACK+DECKER Compact Handheld Garment Steamer, 1000W

I’ve been using this handheld steamer for almost two years now, and it has been a really useful little appliance. One of the best things about it is the size. It’s compact and lightweight, so it’s perfect for travel. I’ve packed it in both a carry-on and even a personal item without any problems. It doesn’t take up much space, which makes it really convenient for trips. The water tank is small but reasonable for the size. For me, one full tank is usually enough for something like a pair of pants and one T-shirt. If you’re steaming a lot of clothes at once, you’ll probably need to refill it a few times, but for travel or quick touch-ups, I think the size makes sense. It also heats up pretty quickly, which I appreciate because I don’t like waiting around before getting ready. The steam power is good enough to remove normal wrinkles and make clothes look neat again. The cord length works well too. It’s not extra long, but it’s not too short either — for me, it feels comfortable and easy to use. After almost two years of regular use, it’s still working well and has become one of those things I automatically pack when traveling. Overall, I think this is a great travel-size steamer: compact, quick to heat up, easy to pack, and very convenient for keeping clothes looking fresh.

This is a great buy. Reliable, comfortable to hold, and does the job. I use this steamer regularly and I find there is enough water in the tank to complete a pair of my flowy palazzo pants. It’s not easy to get creases out of linen but this steamer does a wonderful job. Mostly I only need to steam each area once. I bought this steamer because of the brand and size. It fits perfectly in my ironing board storage rack, and it’s small enough to take with me wherever I go. And it’s super easy to use. I can easily refill the tank and get the steamer going again in a minute or less.

I just received this and cannot use it because it requires distilled water. It does not say that anywhere in the descriptions of the product. Now I have to buy distilled water before I can use it!!!!!!!! So I would like to add that I just so happened to have distilled water in my hurricane prep kit...I live in FL. It works well for what it is. A travel steamer. Did a top and a shower curtain with one fill of the reservoir.

This light weight steamer heats up quickly. Was able to smooth out several dresses and a few recently washed curtains. An iron would have worked, but this was so much easier to use, especially on the curtains that were already hanging on the rods. It was my first time using a steamer, so it took me a while to figure out how to put the water in the tank. After a video, I saw that there is a plug on the water tank that is removed. After that, this was easy to use.

I bought this steamer hoping for a quick and easy way to remove wrinkles, but it ended up being more frustrating than helpful. While it does heat up fairly quickly, the steam output is weak and inconsistent. I had to make multiple passes over even lightly wrinkled clothing, and some wrinkles never came out completely. The water tank is also very small, so I found myself refilling it frequently during use. On top of that, it tends to spit water occasionally, which left damp spots on my clothes and defeated the purpose of trying to get ready quickly. The compact size is nice for storage, but the actual performance doesn't live up to expectations. For the price, I expected something more effective and reliable. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. The product is advertised as heating quickly and providing about 6 minutes of continuous steam from a 110 mL tank, but in practice the steam capacity and wrinkle-removal performance may not feel sufficient for larger garments.

Good quality but not much steam as i was expecting. I don't know if all other brands are the same? Not impressed and i don' t use it often.

Excelente producto, precio y calidad, entrega rapida, llegando mucho antes de la fecha estimada, me gustó bastante y cumplió mis expectativas el artículo.

Es muy buen producto, tienes que pasarlo una sola vez o a veces dos dependiendo la tela pero funciona bastante bien y a un excelente precio, práctico para viaje.

En un principio funcionó bien pero a la tercer usó ya solo suena y batallas para que pueda planchar el traste para poner agua y lo colocas constantemente sinceramente esperaba por la marca que es pero falló no la volvería a comprar

Tenia mis dudas sobre la plancha de vapor , pero si cumplió las expectativas, apenas la recibí y todo bien.
