What size is the cutter for top and bottom?

Not to sure but it comes with the pie machine fits perfect for the pies large circle is for the bottom of the pie for the filling then turn it upside down the smaller bit is for the lid. The pies are not to big should say on the discription the actual size I have thrown away my box now.. I make my ours with wraps to there lovely :)))

Could this be used in USA with change of plug

No its 240v only there is no 110v switch . It didn't work for me in Europe with a travel adaptor . Excellent product in the right region .
