These are excellent alternatives to official puddle lights for the mini cooper. They are bright and clear with a simple easy install that requires nothing but a bit of time. To install you need to pop out the old existing puddle lights using either a screwdriver or pry tool if needed, then connect the cables together. The brightness is excellent and so far no issues have arisen. They look great at night and well worth the money for a bit of customisation.

Pulled out the existing puddle lights, pulled off the connector which was a bit more difficult to disconnect and needed to use long nose pliers. Connected up the new lights which came straight on, adjusted the angle to get a good view and pushed into position. Well made product at a good price

These are just as bright and as clear as the photos I have posted . They were easy to install into my Cooper s ,or so my son said , as he fitted them for me even though he said “ mum , you are 59 and no longer a girl racer!).... little does he know that I’ve had the car mapped , I have an aftermarket intercooler, Aftermarket filter , opened up air scoop etc etc etc ... but he thinks I’m a girl racer because I bought these amazing door lights 🤫🤐😂

The units fit, and work with a 2014 Mini F56, but they do not have the correct connectors to be plugged into the existing connector. A very basic adaptor cable is supplied, but there is no retention clip to prevent the adapter cable from working loose over time. I've put some insulation tape on to try and stop the connectors from working loose, and to try and prevent the wires from rattling in the door. The adapter has no 'key', to ensure it is plugged in the correct way round. The photo I've included shows it in a working state for me. Finally, the fit is tight, and I can see it being difficult to remove. So, I suggest you ensure all is working and secure before pushing the unit home. The LED is reasonably bright. Photo shows it at night with a bright floodlight on. Looks good in dark. Overall, pretty good for the price.

These are an excellent quality item which are really easy and take minutes to install but are so much more attractive than the plain factory fit lights. Can't see any reason why they should not last as long as the standard items but will bring more smiles in the meantime. Great value for money.

Decided to get these on a whim after one of my door lights fell out and broke as I was shutting the door. I’m really impressed with the quality of these and they are really bright and the logo is sharp. Were a bit of a tight fit to get into the door cards on my R56 but they ain’t going fall out like the OEM ones. Are they a necessity? No but they are cool!

For the price, these are fantastic little upgrades that can add a touch more class (or tackiness, you decide!) to your Mini. Installation is as simple as prying out the existing light with a flathead screwdriver, pulling out the cable, and then plugging it into the new module. The cables were quite tough to remove, but just keep wiggling and pulling gently and they will eventually release. I saw some people having to file the hole in the door trim to make the new light fit, but these were exactly the same size as the original lights in my 2011 Mini and fitted in with just a small amount of persuasion. One of the easiest mods I've ever done!
