What color is comparable to sun tan #137?

In the "GOOD OLD DAYS" when I bought Max Factor Panstik here in the USA, I always bought the Suntan tone. Now, I have been buying the Medium from sellers in Great Britain and Ireland. It seems pretty close to the original tone I used. I certainly wish Max Factor would revive the old-fashioned Panstik colors and size we enjoyed here.

I used to wear Medium Beige 129. Does anyone know which UK shade is the closest match?

That's the shade I used to wear.  I ordered "Nouveau Beige" and it's a pretty near match, but be aware that the container is smaller by about a third.  But here's the good news - for a very good substitute now that Max Factor very stupidly discontinued their FABULOUS Pan Stik foundation, try Kryolan TV Paint Stick foundation - this is a very, very good product and much cheaper than Max Factor because you get more and it lasts forever.  I sent a color sample of Max Factor Medium Beige 129 to a vendor (either Stage Tones or Camera-Ready - I forget which one) and they color-matched it for me. The closest match was their Kryolan color OB1.  This makeup is used for high definition TV but you can wear it everyday.  It's not QUITE as good as Max Factor, but it's very, VERY good.  I LOVE it, and will continue with it even if Max Factor resurrects Pan Stik. Check it out!  You can find it on Amazon, or just google it.  Another good substitute is made by theatrical cosmetics compay, Mehron, but I prefer Kryolan - FABULOUS !!! Check it out!  Good luck!

Is it me or does all these shades have pink undertones besides true beige which is to light unfortunately because I've been tanning

No, only some.  I bought all of the colors when they started making the Pan Stick in Ireland. I found the best summer and winter colors for myself and I gave others to my mom and sister or use for contouring. This is the best makeup and I have used it for 27 years. So grateful to hgave found they are still making it.
