Perfect Replacement
Old remote stopped working. Ordered this one and was delivered quickly and intact. Works perfectly with Bose Soundbar 500 and so much easier to use than old one which was bulky and had a ton of unnecessary buttons. Great remote!

Works with no seamlessly!
Works as intended but canโt be used to set up the Bose smart bar 900 on the App hence the reason for the four star.

Limited Functionality (No Reset Possible)
No two button simulatious press functionality which is needed to reset Bose soundbars. Essentially, doesnโt work because they didnโt program the remote correctly. You can get a Bose OEM one by calling their support line for $20 delivered. This is not work the money.

Works perfectly for my Bose Soundbar 550. No complaints.

Will not allow setup/pairing mode
All buttons work individually but you cannot press multiple buttons to achieve desired effect. You cannot press the required buttons to allow setup/pairing mode on the bose 500 or 900.
