If you need to drink a supplement,,,
I have an eating disorder and many times I canโt eat. I know that I need to have some calories in me so itโs easier many times to drink an Ensure than to eat. I found that the butter pecan flavored ones taste very good. I like it best of all the flavors. I always try to have them on hand, but I ran out and I had to get vanilla. I can only find butter pecan on Amazon. This time I ordered a bigger pack.
