I find if you take 4 a day at night and drink lots off water they work fine i been using this brand for about 10 years now

This is the best magnesium I have tried Does what I need eases my twitchy kegs and eases my constipation too Very clean no unecesssry additives

Have not found these great at all. I am used to a well known brand which have doubled in price to nearly £60, so thought I would try these. They are however, very weak and do not provide the same level of cleanse at all. Really wanted to like them but have to take a lot more product for half the effect.

Now I don't know yet how it will work.

I bought these to help with constipation and they definitely work start of slowly though because they can work a little too well lol

Not alot of instructions on, not working as colon cleanse for me , expensive if it does not work.

Bought this for my partner who has Parkinson's and suffers from severe constipation. He already takes quite a few herbal supplements, prescribed by a nutritional therapist, who suggested adding in magnesium hydroxide. I checked this brand out carefully before purchasing, and, although I can't report how well it would work on its own, my partner has found it very helpful. As with all new supplements, we started him on a low dose of 1 capsule, gradually building up to 4 over a 3 week period (we've been advised that it's an onslaught on the body if you start with the maximum dose, and to always build up gradually). A few days after taking the 4-per-day dose, my partner had greatly improved bowel function, and has been able to slightly reduce the other supplements.
