Hands down THE BEST album to experience while....um, "under the influence". I have not dabbled in psychadelics for 20+ years....but this was the go to album. On ownit's own, it is a good album, yet the main track was created with intention that it would be listened to while in an altered state of mind. Amazing.

Awesome. This is supposed to be an EP? Looks to have been initially released around the time that the 'Spine Of ***' was unleashed. Monster Magnet main man Dave Wyndorf and crew -definitively- went way above and beyond - the call of duty to assemble this early '90's masterpiece of pure space metal rock. When I first sunk my mitts into this treasured CD, believe that I likely played it so much in the first (maybe month), I just had to give it a rest. Believe I even had a complaint or two from the neighbors about playing the astounding thirty-two minute title track "Tab... 25" too loud. And .... to think that some say that psychedelia is dead. I don't think (so). Also loving the twelve-minute tripping "Longhair" and "Lord 13". But with this reissue, we get a beloved bonus track - a live performance of the ass-kicking previously mentioned "Spine Of ***" recorded assumingly in New Jersey. Date / venue unknown. Duration, now - 56:16. Few other MM discs I encourage fans to thoroughly check out if you had not already done so - 'Dopes To Infinity' CD, 'Monolithic Baby!' CD, 'Mastermind' CD and the essential all-covers 'A Better Dystopia' CD. Not sure as to who originally said this - but if you -cannot- hear the Stooges / Black Sabbath / Hawkwind / MC5 influences within - you really need to get your ears checked. It doesn't get any better. Truly a A+.

Total and utter disapointment from a great band. I own all their other stuff, so take it from a fan. There is a reason this was out of print, it's a one time listen and then----the huh really? Anyway, you won't listen to it ever again and it will sit as a little collectors item from M.M. until you try to sell for a 50.00 when it goes out of print again---lol. Start anywhere else with this great band. Dopes to Infinity is where I started.

SKIP IT -- NOT A Relevant Record for this genre. Other than the nostalgia of it being their first album recorded. DID NOT AGE WELL !! GOD, I am so glad I survived my twenties; because this record does not sound the way it did back then. Just being brutally honest. This is a record for if you're into getting as un-sober as possible (the psychedelia is present; not the musical aspect). Being hammered might be the only way to get into a record that sounds like a bunch of throw away tunes published after the fact -- Only for the hardcore Monster Magnet fan. But Seriously Rock Fans, You'll want to pick up their 'Dopes To Infinity' album and then move forward accordingly --and then --only then, go back to the beginning............

Highly recommended for people who like their music spacey and whacked out. Put this on, close your eyes and enjoy this little piece of heaven.
