Great Taste, I have the fruit punch, it dissolved well kind if powdery, but very affective m, I lose 4lbs of body fat in 2wks. Definitely a should buy but its all about your body needs, i take the recommended amount, at first now I do 2scoops.. no jits, no crashing, I had aome after 8 pm and I did go to sleep at my normal bed time.

Off the bat, what a great pre-workout! I am accustomed to Nitraflex Testosterone Pre-Workout Powder in Fruit Punch; however, I've since started CrossFit, so I no longer need to enhance my performance as a bodybuilder would, and I was impressed. I tried it today for the first time. I took it 30 minutes before my CrossFit training, and I was lit. There was some jitteriness, the taste was great, it mixes in great, and it was effective. Not to the level of Nitraflex Testosterone Pre-Workout, but it most definitely stands on its own, and I will repurchase it.

This pre-workout powder is clean, effective and has assisted in some of the best workouts I've had. I also love that I'm capable of sleeping well the same night. All other pre-workout I could not sleep well with around 6 hours after use even if I cut doses. Yes the taste/flavor isn't explosive but the product as a whole does what it's supposed to and does it well. Try it.

Great product! It is. It isn’t easy to find a CLEAN, pre workout that doesn’t give you the jitters. It too sweet, no sugar substitute wierd taste and gets me going for my 5 am workout each morning.

Works really well, even with a half a scoop. Was wondering if there was anything in it that surpressess appetite. Anyway, only had one half a serving so far, and the energy boost was noticeable. Dissolving is pretty average with their products, may be a little powder resting at the bottom, but not crazily noticeable. Flavor was ok.

Love this pre workout. I was starting to feel very unmotivated during my workouts and felt like I was dragging myself through my workouts. So I wanted to try a pre workout to give me that boost. It works really well, it gives me the energy & pump! I’ve even started doing longer workouts now.

My favorite pre-workout, once I found out about this one I had to try it since I'm sensitive to pre-workout and protein. After reading the ingredients it was up to my standards and once I felt how perfect of a ratio it was I was sold. It's not too strong with caffeine but has enough oxygen boosters to really give me a great pump. It's not too stimulating like some other pre-workouts but gives me the right amount to have my arms and muscles popping out of my skin like a balloon. Great stuff and doesn't upset my stomach. Great stuff

For the price and flavor, just order oxyshred because you get double the amount. I don’t feel any different nor is my weight loss accelerated compared to any other pre workout. The strawberry lemonade flavor is disgusting, tastes “chemically” and I’ve just had to force myself to drink it. Not worth the money, like I said you can get anything else and get double the amount for the same price, or at least something that tastes better for cheaper.
