Item connects easily and stays connected. It sits comfortably in the ear and has great clarity even on busy motorways. It is made well and should last a while without issues.

I honestly didn't think I was going to like this. I've had some very expensive and some very cheap Bluetooth devices and honestly I thought this was better than all of them and I'm shocked to say that because I only paid £20 for this. It's comfortable it's loud I got 15.8 hours battery out of this device. I was able to use this device for a wall and outside my flat through multiple walls, I was absolutely gobs mat that I could do that and honestly I've only ever got that out of the more expensive plantronic devices so well done to the makers of this Bluetooth device because they've made something solid and it works and it's decent. The sound quality is good it's loud you can always hear the person that you're talking to and it charges quickly and I do like the little box that it comes in which lets you charge it on the go without a charger and the fact that it's USB that's just a win-win none of that old rubbish that breaks after you put the cable in 10 times and the port falls out! This is loud comfortable stylish the sound quality is good the distance is good the battery life is outstanding. Honestly I can't believe I'm saying this but highly recommended and yes it is made in China but this is actually a really good Bluetooth device.

Brilliant little headset this product has been a game changer for me. One for home and one for office. Great price circa £40 for two. Works first time instant pick up on blue tooth no messing around

Update:- still working ok but have found sound quality is very harsh and poor really. However it at least works and don't have problem hear people or them me just harsh. OK, the box charger is cool i like stows away neat. Generally neat though the behind ear bit is quite blocky and large. Work fine but buttons do seem flimsy, be gentle hopefully they will continue to work. The bad and a tip... My ear hurt like hell after 6 hours wearing. I initially abandoned as it was too painful becoming. BUT .. I had a thought and changed the poor fitting bulky earpiece tip with my in ear headphones tip, much smaller and a proper fit for my ear. BINGO !!! now I get little to no ear ache. Not no ear ache but much less it's doable now. May get some use out of it hopefully. The speaker sound is harsh but at least I can hear when in the car driving, seems to work otherwise. I even use it in the house speaking to my daughter on the phone I can go downstairs make a coffee etc.. leaving my phone upstairs all good. I think there may be the same thing but better quality with slimmer behind ear part but have not come across them as yet. Would pay a bit more if I could find one with slimmer behind ear and a better softer speaker.

Very clear. Noise reduction seems to work. People only moan when I forget it and use something else. Would buy another.

Because it has an all in one button it's hard to switch it off or know if it's switched off. The case is also difficult and only intermittently shows a percentage and it is tempremental as to when it does so. Worst thing is the all in one button though, I had the previous similar Beshop mic which was much better.

I was hoping this item would have been very good. But unfortunately the first problem was, it did not fit very well around my ear and then hard to adjust, Second problem was, after a few days use the earpiece just drop its connection with the phone, when the phone was just a few feet from the earpiece, with no reason for why it did this, as it was at 86% battery left in the earpiece. The volume is good and can be adjusted, the style of the earpiece is great, it come with it own box, which you can recharge the earpiece inside the box or you can recharge the earpiece on it own.

El auricular es cómodo de poner. El sonido es superior a los de este tipo de auriculares. La conexion fue inmediata y despues de alejarme del movil por toda la casa no perdió señal como me había ocurrido con otros anteriormente. El interlocutor me escuchaba bien y sin cortes que es lo que mas valoro en este tipo de dispositivo, ya que los uso continuamente. No he esperado a ver cuanto aguanta la batería, pero supongo que un tiempo razonable. Un producto excelente. Debo mencionar que el soporte de New Bee ha sido ejemplar. Me respondieron en minutos por una consulta de un piganillo que le compré y me enviaron otro producto sin coste ante la duda de mal funcionamiento.
