Worth Every Cent!!
This expansion totally changes this game!! Only a few cards, but wow....they pack a punch. You'll almost need to relearn how to play Sea Salt & Paper with this expansion. In a good way! Worth every penny.

Not perfect, but still worth getting if you like the base game
It's an interesting expansion, and a good addition to the base game, with two minor complaints:1. The seahorse card is completely busted (way too strong, and also makes mermaids stronger because they are the same color), so my group usually takes it out. This is fine though, the game does not suffer from removing the seahorse.2. The sea star card rules are a little ambiguous. In particular, does it grant +2 points if it's left in your hand at the end of the game without having been played? My group has decided that it is worth points unplayed if you also have an unplayed duo, but not otherwise.The number of cards you get is slightly too few for the price, and the printing quality is slightly worse than the base cards (they are off-center, as you can see from the uneven border). But the game is still great, and the expansion was a worthwhile purchase.
