Apple iPhone (Renewed Premium) 15 Pro, US Version, 128GB, White Titanium - Unlocked

This is the first time I've purchased an iPhone in refurb condition. However, I have had good experiences with Amazon resale/refurb products. I have to admit to being a bit hesitant and concerned about the actual quality of the phone, especially the state of the battery. Perhaps the fact that the phone arrived a few days before the expected delivery date range was a good omen. I specifically chose Amazon as the shipper/seller of the item. I felt that if there was any problems, having Amazon as the seller would entail less hassles with the resolution process. Fortunately, there were no major issues with iPhone. The front screen was scratch-free. There was some odd substance on the titanium sides (it seemed to be glue/adhesive residue). In general, the appearance was very good/excellent. The screen does not seem to retain much of the oil/fingerprint resistance feature. But, considering it was manufactured in 2024, this reduced aspect is to be expected. I think I'll eventually add a screen protector to deal with easy cleaning and additional protection of the screen. I ran apple diagnostics, and it passed on all the tests, indicating apple parts and functions. And, while the promise is for battery over 80% (I ordered the 'Renewed-Excellent'), it actually rated at 90%, with 591 cycles. I consider it a win. After transferring from my older iPhone, I only had to redo login/password for a few apps (financial and health apps, which makes sense that they're more secure). And, it was easy to transfer the esim to the 15Pro, too. Ordered a case today, which should arrive tomorrow. I'll be researching and ordering a screen protector this weekend. Considering an Apple Certified Refurb of same model and storage would be close to $1000, this was a very good value. My thinking was the battery state was probably the vulnerable aspect. So, even if I had to replace the battery after the 90 day warranty, the $100 cost was still be a financial win. (Hopefully, the battery lives as long as my iPhone XR did, haha). Anyway, I feel I made a wise choice getting this 'Renewed-Excellent' iPhone 15 Pro/512gb via Amazon (I did research other refurb venues, btw). Picking Amazon as shipper/seller was the safe, smart move too, imho. I would only be happier if the batty capacity was 100% and it came with a screen protector. I rate the product and experience 4.75 - 5 stars, with a very high level recommendation.

I was I initially weary of purchasing refurbished since I have heard negative stories and personally have always gotten devices new. However I was looking to save some money, and decided to go with renewed premium as the best way to guarantee quality. I am fortunate enough to say that I am very pleased with the 15 pro I got. The screen and sides looks almost pristine and the back is also in great condition, minus a few very minor scuffs that wouldn’t really bother someone unless they really paid a lot of attention to it. Battery health came in at 97%, meeting the “above 90%” promise and exceeding it at that. Safe to say I would buy refurbished again, and its definitely worth spending the extra pretty penny for renewed premium.

My phone rated Excellent Premium was defective in a way any technician would have identified had it really been tested and reviewed before publishing the phone on Amazon's website. Amazon give the impression that the customer should feel some comfort because of it's rating and because they are Amazon. That doesn't work that way. When you contact Amazon they ask about the problem and then pass on to the seller a very abridged summary. They assure you they will help. But all the conversation between you and Amazon disappears. If you want to preserve this conversation and refer back, or follow up, it is nowhere to be found. They claim to have a buyer/seller message board, but Amazon is invisible and you can't ask for more help. It turns out that part of my biggest problem was how to discover why the phone did not work. I didn't know that an Excellent premium phone can be tested and verified without the updated IOS version being downloaded and installed, and it can't. But no where are you told that. I spent hours on the phone with the carrier and texting with AI because I couldn't even get Apple to acknowledge my Apple account. Then after all my efforts I was locked out for 2 hours! It seems to me this is vital info for a new buyer like me, and it should be included by Amazon in their description. As it turned out the "board" connecting the eSim that issues the signal for cellular to work was defective. But no experts that I consulted realized that a simple test of the eSim is to try to read a Qr code, without a functioning eSim that will not be possible and certainly that is a simple test for verifying a several hundred dollar phone before giving it an Excellent premium rating in Amazon. For several other reasons too lengthy for this review, I now believe Amazon's rating of refurbished phones is BS. And their help is minuscule. Despite that, I ordered a replacement iPhone 15 pro through Amazon, again got suckered in on a non updated IOS, but so far, now that my Apple a/c is recognized, the phone appears to be truly excellent. I knew enough to avoid the extra cost of PREMIUM. Update, I'm still waiting for my refund on the first phone 19 days after paying for it. I've updated my review from one to 3 stars because the replacement phone is in excellent condition as rated, and much more deserving of a Premium designation, which the seller did not claim. I remain disappointed in the Amazon role in the transaction but they do have a large inventory to choose from. Why can't Amazon include in it's sale promotion description a warning to be sure to check whether the phone has the latest IOS upgrade, don't trust the seller. Not knowing to do this cost meat at least half a day all told.

I bought my iPhone 15 Pro back in May, and so far I’ve been really happy with it! Everything works great, the camera quality is amazing, and the phone feels fast and smooth. The battery has also been great for me and is still holding up the same as when I first got it. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase!

Bought Renewed Excellent. The screen and camera lenses are flawless. The back surface of the phone is almost flawless, however, there is a very small scratch that is barely visible. The battery is disappointing. It is exactly 80% with 1295 cycles, the passing minimum. This means that I had to replace it since it is on replacement threshold.

Alright so look the phone I got it in excellent condition and also I made sure the seller was Amazon and my phone arrived today I opened it was genuinely almost perfect a little blemish here and there but barely noticeable and the battery health was at 86% which is not bad at all the phone in general is great easy to use and very high quality slap a nice screen protector and case so it won’t scratch or get damaged and you have basically a brand new phone for a great price and the fact that the screen is 6.1 inches makes it way better than my old 14

This phone is great. The ordering process was easy and it came within 3 days. First, I’ll talk about the things I liked: Came with a screen protector, which I appreciate. Color came exactly as pictured. Very functional phone for every day use. Screen came perfect, and no scratches on the phone at all. The sound quality is INCREDIBLE which is surprising because it’s older than the last few phones I’ve bought for my parents. Also, all parts of the phone are Apple branded! Now, I’m gonna talk about the things I didn’t like. First, I am very experienced in purchasing refurbished products off of Amazon, and my expectation when I purchase a Refurbished - Premium, I expect a flawless phone. The battery percentage came at 87% capacity, which I didn’t like. It dies fast, and doesn’t last as long as any of the old phones I have purchased, kinda disappointed. Also, screen protector broke the day after, which I didn’t expect more from the FREE screen protector. Lastly, the phone heats up like crazy even when you do simple things like texting, calling or watching a show. I don’t mind it too much though. So, would I spend $500 on this phone again in the future, probably not. But I am happy with it, and it will be my main phone for the next few years. Pretty good product! (I would add a photo, but I’m using it. Came in perfect condition though.)

i’m actually shocked that the phone came in just about mint condition. there’s absolutely no scratches or marks on the frame, camera or back glass besides one tiny little knick near the charging port. there’s also a superficial scratch on the screen on the bottom that i can no longer see once i put my screen protector on but literally 10/10. battery life is at 91%, there’s no service history which i love and the phone works and looks like its brand new. i’m definitely not mad about it.

Recibí mi iPhone 15 Pro reacondicionado premium y llegó en excelente estado. El equipo luce como nuevo, sin ningún detalle estético. Todo funciona perfectamente y vino muy bien empaquetado. La batería llegó con 92% de capacidad, lo cual es totalmente aceptable para un reacondicionado, y hasta ahora el rendimiento ha sido excelente. Se siente rápido, fluido, y confiable desde el primer uso. Sin duda, vale la pena. Una muy buena opción si buscas calidad a un mejor precio. Recomendado al 100%.

Phone is in perfect condition. Was fully reset and unlocked. FaceTime working on it too. Battery life at 94% still and not a scratch on it. Very happy!

La pantalla llego sin rayones, con muy lijeros detalles de uso en la parte de atras del celular, venia con un 90% de vida de bateria y por el espacio de almacenamiento vale mucho la pena.
