Can set up in different configurations depending on what you need. Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: **** 4 stars - Took a star away here because the inside roller, while helpful with the sliding of the door, does prevent the door from sitting as flush to the wall. This will leave a slight gap on the sides when the door is fully closed. NOTE this was also due in part because there was trim on the baseboard and around the door. Could have cut a pocket in the trim before installing.

Oh! How I wished I could have used this barn door guide. But my baseboard trim was just too thick. I would have had to cut out a portion for this to properly fit. My 5-stars is based on the amazing engineering feat! Beautifully made, heavy duty. Rubber roller. This thing would surely outlast me! lol!

This is a great product! This barn door roller is very smooth and keeps the door in place very well. The roller is also interesting looking, but in a good way. It gives off an almost an industrial feel. For the price, this product is a no brainer. It was also very cool that the setup could be executed in multiple manners, which makes it fairly universal.

Works great with my barn door

Perfect for a barn door. I needed to use both due to how the length of the rail was. Fortunately, I was able to butt both of these up next to each other and it make for flawless transition when the door was on either side. Great quality and plenty of adjustability.

This is a very strong and robust floor guide for a heavy barn door. A must have for your barn door project. So many different combinations of options to suit your door application. Mounts flush to the floor and is secured to the wall. Great product!
