Understand what you're working with.
These are not bad bits like a lot of people are saying. You can't expect more than what a bit that size can be capable of. As for the chuck, you take it out and use a knife blade or something to open it a little so your bit fits in it, then when you screw the other piece back on, it tightens it Don't get in a hurry drilling with this. These work fine. They didn't cost much, and they're worth what I paid.

Nice
When you need something really small, this is a perfect tool. Working on. Printed circuit boards and you’re trying to take the solder out of the holes. This is the perfect tool for this.

Perfect for that tiny hole
These worked great to clean out the hole for a glasses screw. I had superglued a pair of glasses back together and some glue got into the hole for the screw. These worked great to drill it out so the screw would work again.

Drills are very poor.
The pin vice has brass jaws. For my application, that's good so that I don't mar the watch stems it will hold. The drills are complete junk. The smaller ones are not even pointed!

These bits break easily
I used it to drill holes for detailing 1/25 scale model car engines, etc. The bits broke easily and were not very sharp- or they might not have broken easily

Did the job
I needed an extremely small drill bit and a holder for something that small. Both filled the requirements and my project was completed.

Everyone needs one of these that tinkers with small projects!
It's a little hand drill for little jobs, add a small amount of oil on the threads and collet and it clamps the micro bits down .
