Can this be used on black skin, light complexion, also will it work for dry sensitive skin

It can be used on any skin tone it doesn’t have anything that will really do anything to a skin color. I have sensitive skin and I had an allergic reaction to this but idk what the ingredient is that did it. It really moisturizes the skin so it’s great for dry skin. Wish it worked for me because the texture of it is amazing

I bought Klairs unscented toner , the list of ingredient in the box and the bottle is different. In the box,, it shows it has lavender oil , lemon oil

They have 2 different products, one with essential oils (yellow label) and one without essential oils (blue label). I started using the yellow label YEARS ago but have switched to the blue label for the last 2 years. Both are very moisturizing.
