I love this coffee maker. It is easy to use and the brew time does not take forever. We have used the cold brew option only a handful of times (will use it more as the warmer weather gets here) but loved it. It is nice to have the option to make hot or cold coffee. We have had it quite awhile and it is reliable. Recommend.

Finally a simple to use coffee maker! Bought it for the 4 hour keep warm feature! No complicated programming! Great for us older folks. Love the small sit flat against the wall design.

Took a star only because the time and controls are on the side which is so annoying. But it’s a great coffee maker, no leaks, no issues. I use it a lot we are a 2x 12cups a day household and it has held up great! Also the heating plate doesn’t burn the coffee.

This product works very well and it does not leak when you pull away from its holder. Makes delicious coffee much better than any coffee maker I've had and you can switch between iced coffee you can make tea you can make iced tea and delicious regular coffee and cheese how how strong it is which is good

Had for a few months still working well. Good purchase for the price point. It’s nice if you like altering from hot and cold coffee.

If it wasn't for the lid I would give this 5 stars. It takes away from the top of the water reservoir where you pour the water. It causes the water to spill. It is so hard to use the larger coffee pot full of water and make it in these smaller areas. I spill it every day no matter how careful or slow I try. The lid has another issue with sitting perfect so it will actually brew. Sometimes I have to take the filter container in and out multiple times for the lid to sit right. I will never buy it again because of this lid. It does brew the coffee fine and the timer works great and the strong really does make it strong. So if the above 2 lid issues don't bother you then this will make you a good cup of coffee.
