Worked right out the box. More cost effective to replace the unit than to rebuild mine. Was back into production in under 30 mins.

Installed this last night as my previous extruder decided it wanted to retire. Did a test print and everything worked perfect so I'm happy. Install was pretty easy. Remember to re-level your bed and adjust the z-offset after putting this on.

These heads work well and heat quickly, sucks having to buy it though due to a print failure that caused the filament to completely gum up the works rather quickly.

After getting the blob of death, I ordered this replacement. It was easier to install than I expected, taking about 20 minutes. After getting the height and bed calibrated, it printed perfectly the first time and I've not had any issues.

Despite the fatal flaw in the Neptune 4's design, I appreciate that it's not hard to change them out and aren't too expensive. When everything works, it works great! Just remember to tighten your screws during regular maintenance to ensure the sensor Doesn't throw errors.

4th extruder and they haven’t even heated the element up enough to extrude. They don’t even work right out of the box.. The company needs to make sure these actually work before sending out broken ones. Very disappointed… HOW LONG UNTIL MY MACHINE IS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN?? I’m giving up, elegoo quality is gone. Never buy from them

Just as described. People lack critical thinking skills now days. The product isn't used that filament in the hot end is there because of testing in the factory just as it was when you first assembled your printer. Product fits perfectly and works great

This assembly was exactly what I needed to replace a broken extruder. Its the exact same as the original that my elegoo max came with and made reassembly a breeze. ive purchased multiples as replacements to have on hand in case of future clogging or sudden disastrous events that occur during printing.

Worked great from the moments I replaced the old head. Hundreds of hours with no issues.

Got myself a spare so I can add a 0.6mm nozzle switch for quicker prints. Works perfectly, really happy with Elegoo overall.

Works like stock I have faced an issue with resonance calibrating but restart the printer and doing calibration again works fine
