Amazing amazing amazing and nothing in the world like it. When I’m feeling icky, and realize I haven’t had enough water or I’ve been out in the sun (or on vacation and sunburned) I use a banana bag for nearly instant relief. The only downside is the taste and smell. I use ice with mine to make it cold, drink it fast, and sometimes add a liquid IV or something for some flavor coverage of the flintstone vitamin taste. This will also make your cup smell like it forever, I had to toss out my Stanley because everything I drank from it smelled and tasted vaguely of the banana bag. Use a solo cup and you’re good!

I have been a fan of banana bag for several years, I find it helps more than the usual electrolyte drinks when I am feeling really run down or ill, and is one of my first line remedies for headaches. The Banana Bag variety pack is perfect, so glad they came out with this! Some days I want the more neutral/medicinal taste of Lemon Lime, sometimes I mix the orange in with some orange juice (or even a beer, Banana Bag Brass Monkey, best morning after hangover cure ever!) and Salted Watermelon is my new favorite and is my go-to since i love the flavor. They all have the same effects but sometimes you just feel like one flavor over the other. I live at high altitude (7500') and bring a banana bag with me anytime i go fishing, camping, hiking, drinking or on an airplane or road trip when I know I wont be getting the proper nutrition and will be dehydrated. As I get older I'm always feeling at like 85% and BB helps me feel at 100% most days. At this point once I taste the banana bag elixir my body has a pavlovian response where I know i'm going to be feeling better soon so I start to feel better immediately. 5 Stars!

Soooo NASTY, never again. Got to be a better way, felt horrible drinking this stuff.

I use these to help me feel better while I’m on glp therapy. They do not taste good but they serve their purpose and help with my fatigue and energy. They mix well in water. 3 stars for poor taste… I couldn’t imagine someone hungover taking this without vomiting.

Came quickly. Is effective in my opinion of getting you hydrated again. Smells like vitamins but it gets the job done. I feel like I had more energy after I drank it and, the headache I had for days went away. The package said 3 flavors but came with only 2. Good value, and have ready recommended to friends.
