This was exactly what I needed! I came to the States to visit family for a month, and ordered this SIM card ahead of time. On my way here, I activated it, so once I landed, I had service right away. The activation process was fairly simple (reading the help documents ahead of time really helped), and the phone plan has worked perfectly. Service and connection has been great. I’m very happy I went with Red Pocket!

I ordered the monthly, 1GB of 5G Data and unlimited talk and text SIM card. I tried to add it to an existing RedPocket phone on my account. Customer Service couldn't figure it out. After several hours of failed attempts, with four different reps, I returned the card to Amazon and they issued a refund. But they can't give me back that part of my life. It is gone forever. I'm still with RedPocket and actually love the service. But this was a huge waste of time and tons of frustration. I cannot recommend adding to your account this way.

Got this for our spare phone so our son can use it, super easy to activate and very good price. Highly recommended!

I tried this just to see if the GSMA network would work as well as the long-time Verizon plan that we have. So far, this service and plan have been excellent in coverage and much better in value. We don't have a house phone and this serves my needs perfectly and is a great value for me. Very rare but if the Verizon coverage that we have is not working, we have an alternate carrier and coverage to use. I would be willing to swap to this GSMA service through Red Pocket totally but my wife doesn't want to leave the old Verizon service we have. One of our daughters works at Verizon as well.

The setup was horrible

It came like it said and looks good to me haven't used it yet maybe next month.

We had high hopes for this since we could select AT&T as our provider. First, their website is very buggy. After 1 hour of receiving multiple emails confirming our account only to be told "no email on file" we finally got everything set up. Then we were told they were unable to port our number from Tracfone. Now, I've had service through Mint and US Mobile with no porting problems so I know this shouldn't be a big deal. Since everything is so shaky I'm afraid Tracfone will port the number and Redpocket will screw it up on their end so it's going in the trash. Total waste.
