Great ruler, sturdy and precise
This office ruler is exactly what I needed. It is solidly made, very well machined so it is very precise. I was looking for a ruler that did not flex much and one that also had fine measurements for minute work. Great quality. One note, it seems to be a bit longer than 12 inches when you take into account the one rounded end so it may have trouble fitting in some storage boxes.

Perfect for Cooking
I needed a ruler for cooking (measuring how much oil or water is in a pan, the length of dough, etc). I didn't want it to be huge and I needed it to just be stainless steel - no cork backing! This fit my needs perfectly and has been great. It's easy to wash and doesn't take up much space. There are times that I think a 12" would have been better, but for the most part, it's not a big deal.

Great metal 6 inch ruler.
I've been using this for years, and it continues to do the job.

High quality ruler but not what I was looking for
I purchased this ruler for use in mesuring moles and lesions when completing physical examinations. I elected to purchase this specific model over the miltex simply because of cost. There is a enough of the difference so that I will be relegating this ruler to desktop use and purchasing the miltex instead. It's just slightly too heavy and the corners are a little bit sharp which I don't want to have inadvertently poke my patients. I'm sure this would be a perfectly good ruler for almost any other application except for patient care .

What I needed. Maybe not what you need.
I love it. It is thin, lightweight, the bottom avoid slipping while cutting or drawing… It fits mostly my needs. But it is thin, and it bends (not in the direction that would make it unusable obviously ;) ). So depending on what you need, it might not be for you. Also, it seems that Home Depot have thicker rulers for cheaper. I like having it in my desk drawer. Great to cut cardboard and pictures along up to 15''. (For longer cuts, I would prefer something sturdier.)

Best 6 inch / 150mm ruler available
Best 6 inch / 150mm ruler available. I especially like the ruler edge is set to 0 rather than 0 being away from the edge. Allows easy measurements. Metal ruler should last a long time. Mine did not come with any conversion table on back. (as the picture shows)

Thick & High quality ruler !!
This is a very high quality ruler unlike many other rulers on the market which is very thin. The mains reason I’ve chosen this ruler was the thickness of this ruler. It is a heavy duty ruler and was made to last. I highly recommended this ruler and would buy it again.

Good quality product!
My guy is a graphic designer and he needed rulers longer than 12” and less than 36”. I got him these and he uses them constantly. He loves them for installs and when he has to cut straight lines in the shop. He loves them!

This review is about the 20" / 50 cm stainless steel ruler. I bought this as a straight edge for working on my guitars with accuracy as a second consideration. When measured against a professional builders set square they differ by approx. 1/32-1/64" or 1.0 -0.5mm at 20" or 50cm but this could be either instrument's fault. The reason I checked this is that the edge of the zero end of the ruler looks a little rounded, which is probably a precaution against it being too sharp, but I wasn't sure if a smidgeon wasn't taken off the end. If super accuracy is your requirement you might want to check this. Otherwise the ruler is solid, thick enough to be quite stiff, and numbers and divisions are nicely etched. The scales run in the same direction and can be used for conversion from one system to the other. I'm giving four stars because I'm nor 100% sure about the machining of the zero end.
