Owned this for almost 2 years now, still works just as great as the first time! Once ordered it arrived in the next 24-48 hours. Packaged nicely and protectively. Even after two years I still have the film on top of my printer lol. I also still have the same foam packaging to help hold the printer in its original box. Setup was super easy and it even came with 100 complimentary thermal labels! I ordered the Bluetooth version and it’s very helpful when you’re on the go and need to make a quick print. You need to have the app downloaded and it’s very easy to use. I make a label in less than a minute or so. It connects to my computer as the other option to print it! When I did need several labels for my small business it did the job quick and efficiently. It didn’t get warm or hot. The size of the printer itself is very compact and spacious I’d say. Not too small or too big. Labels are so far the best economically spent in my opinion. It’s not heavy in my opinion but for maybe if s toddler would to hold it, it might be. In regards to color, I don’t mind it, pretty standard for a printer. Would be cool to see printers in other colors though! Overall, almost 2 years later and I would very much recommend this to anyone needing a thermal printer for their small businesses or even if they make a few returns and are able to print their own label. I am very happy with this thermal printer. The setup was quick and easy, and it connected without any issues. The print quality is sharp, clear, and professional-looking. It prints labels fast and accurately, which has helped improve my workflow. The printer is reliable, quiet, and works exactly as expected. Excellent value for the price. Overall satisfied. The app is a little clunky and I could see outgrowing this particular model for a more expensive brand if my regular use increases but for right now it does the job. Relatively easy to set up (you have to download the printer app). Sending labels directly to the app from my phone is pretty straightforward, and you can adjust the label as needed within the app. Prints quickly and the print quality is high. No issues shipping with these labels with USPS or UPS.

I bought thos on sale and I am so happy with this purchase! So simple to set up and it prints so quickly! Definitely would recommend this product.

UPDATE 2: Now that I've had the device for a month or so, I've found it very reliable and easy to use. What a relief after trying a previous device that had drivers my Mac laptop wouldn't recognize and therefore was a brick. The cords and settings are a little finicky, but once you get it set up and the driver installed, this little machine is great for printing shipping labels. I use it frequently for my small business. Very easy to make labels. I might try making stickers next just for fun. If you're looking for a Mac-compatible thermal printer, the LabelRange is a good choice. UPDATE: I did get through to customer support eventually. They weren't helpful, simply repeating the same instructions I had already followed on the website to no avail, but they do exist and will respond. When I tried it again for the third time, the label maker randomly decided to work. It is extremely finicky and I don't trust it not to punk out on me again. I wasted about half the included labels trying to get it to print 4x6 size instead of 8.5 x 11 (yes, I changed the setting in the printer menu every time, no, for some reason it didn't work the first several attempts, but then it decided to cooperate). If it does continue to work, I will consider this a good investment for my small business. I don't print a ton of labels, but when I do send things out it's usually in batches. Fingers crossed for continued functionality. Original review: If there is customer support available, I cannot reach it. I will revise this review if anything changes. I purchased this label maker because it had customer support (supposedly) and was compatible with Macs (supposedly). Neither has turned out to be true. Certainly setup has been far more difficult than I anticipated, and after a few hours of fussing with it, I still can't get this thing to actually print. I'm giving customer support a day or so to get back to me, and if they don't, it's going back.

I use this printer daily and it hasn't skipped a beat. Simple set up. Compatible with any bluetooth device. Label quality is perfect. Auto alignment of labels makes it sooo much easier to use. This printer is fantastic.

The print quality is good, but the Bluetooth feature lags. Some of the items I print get cut off, or I have to insert the paper multiple times, wasting labels because it doesn't print properly or prints multiple copies when I'm trying to print the next. I'm not sure if it's me or the printer, but it's not easy to use for someone who isn't older and doesn't use technology a lot. I bought it because it was cheap and I needed to ship some items. I will be keeping the item in case I need to ship something, and it gets the job done. I just hate that I waste a few sheets here and there, but if I didn't have the item in hand or do a lot of shipping, I wouldn't get this product again.
