It was quite easy to install. I loved the look of it, very sleak and I like the lever handle especially since I have trouble with my joints in my fingers on some (most lately) days. Went to sleep & got up this morning and nothing works. No led light up, no fingerprint reading. The app reads its connected so I tried doing an unlock and turn off the Auto Lock feature but the handle remained dead and no functions. I will be returning it as soon as I can. It's useless if I have to carry the manual key to use for entry each time.

I was worried it was gonna look a little goofy. Having a keypad on my bedroom door. It looks like a regular door handle, actually better and works perfectly. You can open it with your fingerprint, which I think is the fastest. You have to download the app and use it. . once you have downloaded the app, you will useyour phone To set up the key card , finger print and passwords on my app. It is very sleek. Looks regular not out of place now. I want to get black candles for the rest of my doors. it is also rechargeable, but takes four AA batteries not included. Also comes with new plates for the door and the frame with new shiny screws and a screwdriver. Very easy to install.

I think this product is just okay. It doesn’t read my print well all of the time. Sometimes it just blacks out for no reason… like it needs a break. Unable to get the key fobs programmed. Bluetooth takes forever to connect, but overall it gets the job done keeping my kids out of my bedroom.

We installed these locks a week ago. For the last week, the fingerprint has only worked on the first try TWICE. It's ridiculous. More often than not it takes 5-6 tries, if we can make it work at all. We've gotten to where we just carry the card with us, and even that takes several tries to unlock it. That also totally defeats the point of having the fingerprint option. The app only works on one phone, if we put it on another phone, it signs the first person out. My phone also only connects to the lock if I'm in close proximity. We bought the 3 pack, so it is super disappointing and frustrating. Also, if you don't mute them, you will likely go insane from that ridiculous beeping it makes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that it doesn't unlock. Don't waste your time or your money.

This doorknob looks slick and was easy to install, and is great when it works, but we’ve only had it 3 months and it’s already giving us problems. As you can see from the video, the handle is stating the door is unlocking but it’s really not and we can’t get in. I had to use my fingerprint 2 more times after I stopped the video. We put in our parents’ fingerprints/personal codes and they never work. Customer service is absolutely no help. They tell us to delete the device and re add it to start the registering all over again. You have to have the device connected to Bluetooth to do that and it never connects to Bluetooth and then blames our phone settings. Then when you re add the device, it won’t let you add codes that you’ve previously added before even though they aren’t showing as personal codes under the settings (and they still work if you were ever going to delete that person’s code)! When customer service can’t figure out the problem, they blame the seller and say we need to get in touch with them to fix the problems.
