Almost perfect, would have gave 5 stars if it had non slip around top. I have alot of knee pain when i put these on i feel almost immediate relief. Only problem is if i wear to work the top works down with movement, therefore nonslip around the top would be great. I bought a different pair that has nonslip for work but they arent as good as these for support and pain relief.

The top of the sleeve tends to roll down towards your knee squeezing your thigh Iโve put & older sleeve which is thicker over this one it keeps it from rolling down the 2 together work great not what I was thinking Iโd have to do when I purchased this

I'm a runner who has finally recovered from a bad bout with runner's knee that took me off the road and trails for the entire summer. I started wearing compression knee sleeves during cycling. I found that the support helped with my recovery and healing. Thankfully, my knees are feeling good these days. Still, I want the added protection from now on. So, I ordered these Jiexing Copper Knee compression sleeves. I'm really happy with them. The compression is solid and supportive. I love that they are made from quality knit material. They don't move once in place. I've been able to MTB on trails with ease. I will wear these when running too. I don't know if they would be too hot to wear in the summer. Nonetheless, I appreciate the warmth of them in the cool fall air.

Charlie thinks its a total scam. You should just tape a few penny's to your self. I looked as hard as possible and did not find any copper in this product from China.
