I was looking for the best ab exercise I could find and saw a number of recommendations for the old-fashioned ab roller. Bought this one and have been using it for several weeks now. This strikes me as just about the best single exercise I have in my plan. Really works my abs. This roller is much better quality than ones that I had seen years ago. I really like the broad double wheel and grip is comfortable. I was 230 lbs when I started using this and concerned about how well it would stand up. Great! Wheel is wide and provides good stabilty. Handles are sturdy to support my weight (about 150 lbs) with no problem. Pad is comfortable. Easy to assemble. Provides a good ab workout.

High quality not cheap material good grips works great highly recommend

Friend recommended and lighter than I thought.Easy to carry and good size for female. but I am still unable to learn how to work out with it not sure if it’s not steady enough or it’s my approach.

The media could not be loaded. He made it look so easy online and I did want to tone my belly fat, so I bought it… I had no idea what I was getting myself into. This is actually a sturdy, well constructed abs wheel. It’s a simple car wheel like design, easy to put together and use. It’s portable, lightweight, and can be used indoors on carpets and wood floors as well as for urban workouts. I have actually used it a few times and found it admirable that it was sturdy enough to support my weight, and forgiving enough that I could use it on carpet without face planting or otherwise injuring myself (knock-on-wood). I am by no means an expert on these things nor a body builder, but my only gripe would be the included knee pad that is way too small & too thin to help absorb any pressure on my knees. I replaced it with my gardening pad to give my knees that support and balance needed while using the wheel. Otherwise, the wheel is quiet, comfortable to use, has non slip grips/handles that are OK, and it’s another great value for those without access to a gym that are into abs core building. As it turns out, this is not my cup of tea. Overall, it’s a wonderful exercise product at a great price & quality consistent with others, that looks good in the corner while I workout on the treadmill.

It is cheap material for a cheap price, dont think is gonna last long
