I am not a laptop user (iPad Air is my go to) and most of the lap desks I looked at were too large. Then I found this Gorilla Grip product and thought it would be perfect as I’m very familiar with the brand and have several of GG products that are high quality, including this. It is very comfortable on my lap, the perfect height, is lightweight and attractive. The phone slot on the upper right easily holds my iPhone 14 Plus with a Popsocket on the back. Another huge plus is this is the first laptop desk that doesn’t feel excessively warm, even in almost 100 degree heat outside and 77 degrees inside. I highly recommend this laptop desk

This pad was better than I expected, especially for the price. The quality is better than a couple others I tried. It's also a lot lighter than I expected for its size. I'd definitely recommend this to my friends to buy it. I use it with a 14" laptop but it has room to spare. I'd say up to a 16" laptop would work well on it, though if you need the slot for the phone also then probably not. I never use that on this laptop lap desk. You'd need a really small laptop to be able to put your phone in it and your computer. I think the idea there is someone using a 13" macbook maybe or possibly an iPad and their phone at the same time. Then it makes sense. I game on it with a Zephyrus G14 and an Xbox controller, it works well for that. But I can see if someone wants to use a phone and ipad on it then that would work well also. All around I'd highly rate this thing, the quality is excellent and it has zero wear on it since I've owned it. Very good product.

Super comfortable & well worth the value! I love that it had a holder for a phone & the color choice still looks great even in the living room on a coffee table. I highly recommend!

This desk works great. I only wish it had a place for the mouse. I guess I didn't pay attention to the measurements. it turns out for me, not too much of a problem as my sofa has wide flat arms and the mouse can sit there just fine. It is advertised that it fits 15 inch laptop....but no room for a mouse!

Love it now but I wonder if it will be hot on my legs during the summer.

I’m really happy with this Gorilla laptop desk. It’s very sturdy and comfortable to use, even for longer periods of time. I especially like the built-in phone slot—you can keep your phone right next to your computer, which is super convenient. The bar at the bottom does a great job holding my laptop in place so it doesn’t slide around. I also love the design on the top of mine—it looks great and doesn’t feel cheap at all. This desk is perfect for working at home when I don’t want to sit at a traditional desk. I can work comfortably from the couch or bed without any issues. Highly recommend!

The desktop lap desk was sturdy but not enough padding and the size was just too small to actually use in bed or on the sofa. Not enough room when writing and the padding on the bottom would need to much thicker. It seems to be well made otherwise. May be good for a child.

I just received this and am impressed. At this price I was expecting something, perhaps, sub par. I am happy to say that I was wrong! Wonderful for bedridden people who love to do various activities! Great for writing, drawing, painting nails, having a snack, etc... It’s light so it’s easy to maneuver. I wish I could order a few, so they can be shown to and be used by others who will want to order their own! I am in a care facility learning how to walk after a bad fall I had. The cell phone slot is useless, laptop covers it. The "wood" top is just a thin layer of material, corners were wrinkled. Not the quality was expecting. My laptop is 14" X 9"
