Daikin always wins the hear wih the product as well as service prodived. PAckaging is also good

Extremely good winter performance
I am writing this review after three months of purchase. The Daikin AC is absolutely wonderful. I bought it during the September sale and have been using it in the winter season, where it has performed extremely well. It keeps our bedroom evenly warm and cosy. I am no longer worried about my toddler pushing the blanket away during cold winter nights. Moreover, I would always recommend purchasing an all-weather AC instead of traditional ones. Best quality but display of remote is pathetic
Very good energy efficient AC in 3 star but it's remote display is small with low visibility. It consumes lowest power as per the temperature setting, excellent auto power convertible working in background. 'Econo' mode is best for power saving. Outdoor unit is bigger in size. Overall satisfied with installation, quality of product and cooling efficiency. Display of remote needs to improve.

Do not buy Daikin
Worst installation service ever provided by Daikin in Jaipur like good city. I bought this product because i got to know from friends that daikin is best brand, it could be true for its product, but not true for itโs services. Below are the reasons of my 1 star rating: 1. Only single technician came for 3 Daikin AC installation (where for one Lloyd AC, Havells sent two technicians) 2. Did not done the piping properly in indoor unit, which result no proper fitting of indoor unit (photos attached) 3. Not done the taping properly in copper wire in indoor unit, this will result water leakage Asked him to call his manager to seek expert advice, his manager asked to stop the work and went away. Not happy with the installation service at all. Daikin have to work a lot on itโs service. In Jaipur like good city, I am not expecting this.

The AC is working very well. Timely delivery by Amazon. Installation got done the next day. Good installation work done by Daikin Mohali team.

Unfair trade practice by brand
Brand has accepted installation @ 699 + GST. Upon installation they charged Rs. 1500/-+GST. In addition they charged another Rs.600/-+GST as purging charges. This is unfair trade practice. Scope of work in my installation was less as all piping and electrical were already laid. The installation person has used hammer to fix the threaded screws. A good installer will always tighten the screws using screwdriver. By hammering in the screw will not form the grip. An additional Rs. 800/-+ GST were charged for outdoor unit brackets. AC functionality is yet to tested, but I assume it will be good. Poor Insulation and unfair trade practice, got a feeling of getting cheated.
