I’ve purchased several aroma diffusers over the years, and this one is by far the most powerful I’ve owned. The 500ml capacity is a huge plus, allowing it to run for long periods without needing frequent refills. What really impressed me is how well it distributes the scent. I use it in my living room, which is a large space, and it has no problem filling the entire room with fragrance. Another feature I really appreciate is that it comes with a remote control, which makes it very convenient to use. With the remote, you can select an intermittent flow, allowing you to control how often and how strong the scent is in the room. You can also direct the mist upward or downward, which helps customize the diffusion. It also has a light feature, which I don’t personally use much, but it works well and is a nice option to have. Overall, this is an excellent diffuser, especially for larger spaces, and I’m very happy with the performance.

Perfect size for what I need! I have an autoimmune disorder that causes my sinuses to always be clogged up. Doctors recommended getting humidifiers. I have bought several but this is my fav. In fact I’m getting ready to order another one for work. The remote is a great feature. The diffuser can light up with multiple colors, stay one color or simply light up. The base holds 500mL of water so it works for hours before you need to refill it. The feature that has helped me the most though is the opening for the mist is on the side, not the top. Most diffusers are smaller and the mist comes out of the top. The covering of the machine can easily be positioned to blow the mist exactly where you want it (in my case directly into my face). Inexpensive and does exactly what I need it to do. Very easy to set up and refill.

Product came as advertised. No damage to package. Works as advertised. The large volume makes it nice not to have to constantly refill! I like the light feature as well. I also ordered the Pure Aroma essential oils and they worked great! I definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a cool air diffuser!

It was working great until today when I turned it off to fill it. All the sudden it won't produce vapor anymore. I have tried turning it on and off three times, I've tried unplugging it too, to no avail! Now it's just a fancy looking night light. Don't waste your money! I sure hope I can get mine back! Update: I submitted a support request through their website on the same day I posted this review. They promptly responded to the support request and replaced the device. The reason I'm only updating 4 stars is because, if I had not gone through the effort of locating their website and figuring out how to contact them, things would not have resolved so quickly. This is because it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond to the negative review.

The InnoGear 500ml essential oil diffuser works beautifully. It produces a strong, steady mist that fills the room quickly, and the remote control makes it super convenient to adjust settings from anywhere. It runs quietly, has great color light options, and the large water tank lasts for hours. Perfect for relaxing, sleeping, or freshening up a space. A reliable, high-quality diffuser overall. I have one in every room of my home, including the kids' room and bathrooms.

I've bought this after my last 100 ml innogear diffuser kicked rocks on me. I figured I would buy from this brand again because I liked my old diffuser, it dispersed a great amount of fragrance throughout my room, it auto turned off when the water ran out, it was small enough to carry and easily clean out, and it even changed colors. However my old one was too small so I figured I would upgrade to the 500ml one. I mean it has all the same functions as the 100ml one but this one had more buttons on it and it came with a remote so I didn't have to get up to turn it off. At first it was good until it wasn't...I filled it to 400 ml, added some essential oil, set it to big mist mode but it barely gave a puff out. I let it run for an hour to see what what happen, when the water level hit 300ml that's when the mist got bigger which is not really a big deal. What freaks me out is that it doesn't auto turn off when the water runs out. The diffuser will keep running and it will make a cracking/humming sound when the water is too low. Then it will start to smell like it's burning. That's very concerning for me because I like to turn on my diffuser before bed and sleep with it on. I have essential oils to help me sleep and the sound of the water is soothing a bit so if I'm sleeping and the diffuser runs out of water, I don't want it to catch on fire. I don't know if i received a bad batch item or if all of the 500ml innogear's are like that. It's really frustrating. **UPDATE** i receive a replacement diffuser for my first one that was defective. I received it sometime in January and it worked fine but the infrared sensor was picking up my TV sensor so everytime I turned on my TV, the diffuser would turn off or on. If I lowered my TVs volume, the timer settings would change on the diffuser. This couldn't be helped or fixed so I didn't have a problem with that. It wasn't until my new diffuser started leaking oil water!! If there's too much oil left over in your diffuser, it will not turn off. The diffuser will keep running and not disperse any mist. This action will cause the diffuser to heat up and melt the little hole and plastic inside the diffuser and it will then leak water all over the electrical parts of the diffuser. This is a fire hazard and a dangerous product. DO NOT BUY!!

Great product and works well. Large tank to hold water and the flow is great. Remote makes it easy to use in the office

I use this in my open living room and find it works well in that space. It is easy to use and comes with a remote control. It's quiet and I enjoy adding different essential oils to it.

After 3 days no mist coming out

No probé el producto, porque quiero regresarlo como llegó, así que no puedo decir si hace ruido o no, pero el control remoto no venía en la caja y la caja estaba abierta, no estaba sellada.
