After having a faulty unit replaced and obtaining the activation codes, I must say this piece of kit is an awesome enhancement to our training programs. It's lightweight, extremely simple to operate and best of all FUN. My wife bought 2 of these at a gun show as birthday gifts for my son and I. He has a Glock and has to rack the slide for the laser-snap cap to fire and score the shot. This is like practicing with a single shot pistol. I have a HK double action and with mine it only registers very slow shot groups if at all. I called their support dept who told me the app was not designed for rapid fire or dynamic shooting but is for basic pistol training. They asked me to send them a video but they email system could not take files over 33M and would not send me an alternate email address. We went back and forth in email but after sending several picture could only guess that a different filter from the Blue and Red one included in the purchase. Unfortunately they needed a order number which I don't have because it was gift. Basically for an advanced shooter this is a pretty useless training device.

Great training tool for pistol accuracy shooting. I have saved a lot of money on ammo and range time and still doing good at the shooting range when I go. They have more advanced systems, but saving to acquire at least one after seeing them at a trade show.
