GET THIS BOOK!!!Short, sweet, and powerful as an atomic bomb.

Quick simple read. Boundaries are necessary. I have to add to page 53 stating negative thinking is the root of emotional suffering. I believe as Buddhist believe attachment to desire is the root of suffering and negative thinking is a symptom or secondary cause.

This is a clear and concise book that explains what boundaries are, how to create them, and how to maintain them, without getting wrapped up in them, in less than 100 pages, which is a feat.

Excellent easy read- very worthwhile

This was a great short book that I read one morning. I found myself grabbing a pen and going back and highlighting certain passages to refer to in the future.The concept present is so very simple and yet so incredibly powerful I look forward to retraining my brain with the techniques and thoughts put forth in the book. Bravo!

Loved this book. Bought one for myself & my boyfriend. Def helped put overthinking in perspective. Some parts do however conflict w previous points made in the book.

I loved the book. I read it in 30-45 min, including doing the exercises. It reinforced a lot of what I knew and helped me look at some new ways to think about boundaries. I’ll be sharing this with my bonus son.
