Hygiplas Colour Coded Chopping Board Set with Rack & Wall Chart 6 Pieces

Wow! these are massive and weigh a ton! The chopping boards are good, not used them yet but the sheer weight of them and the size makes me think that they are a winner. 6 boards for the price is fantastic all colour coded to help keep your kitchens cross contimaination to zero if you use them as directed in the free A4 laminated card. The only downside I have seen so far is they cannot go into my full sized dishwasher because they are too tall and wide even on their side they will not fit and allow the upper spray bar to rotate. All in all, I hand washed them in no time and the boards are definately hydrophylic - they repel water when rinsing so they dry in no time. If you want professional quality choping boards at a reasonable price, look no further, buy these! BTW you can stand the boards in portrait or landscape mode - mine are in portrait and are very stable in the stand supplied.

These are Huge, honestly! Go and measure up the size against a ruler and you'll see what I mean. Not a drawback, tho I was a bit surprised at the Giant box they arrived in. The boards themselves are lovely quality, and have the right degree of grip IYKWIM on the knife. Colours are joyous, and the rack means they sit on the worktop like a sort of modern sculpture, waiting for your happy chopping to begin. Having used them for a couple of months I'd never go back to tiddly little boards, it's a sheer luxury having so much space to faff around with the knife. I feel like I'm on masterchef using these. The included chart for types of food to use for each colour, mystifyingly, gives different categories on the English and Italian sides. Is this a cultural difference? You can use which ever one suits you, I've put the Italian side up on my wall cos it adds a bit of international flavour which my cooking sometimes lacks. Buy these and you'll have done chopping boards for a very long time.

Excellent. I love these. People have mentioned that they are heavy - so they are if you try to lift them all together but how often are you going to do that? I love the extra large size - big advantage when batch cooking, which I do often. Had to shuffle things around in the kitchen to make room for them and their rack - but it was well worth the effort. They look bright and cheerful, they are eas to use, easy to care for and ... OK - I just love them !

Ordered these as in the picture there was a board (purple) for allergens but obviously the description only say 6 boards so a little disappointing! Had this make before so know the boards are great, last well and a good size

I am a big fan of these. They're chopping boards, so to a degree you already know what you're getting. Colour coding is very helpful, as is the sign to indicate which is which. The stand is very handy and allows for neat organization without compromising too much space. Very sturdy as well. Be warned however, they are big. In hindsight I'd have gone for something two thirds the size as my flat is quite small, but when I move somewhere bigger, I will be very glad of these.

Cheap but high quality set of colour coded chopping boards with included contamination sticker. Sturdy durable and light. Textured surface, non slippery and easy to clean.

As other reviewers have said, these are quite big, but I like that. And the dimensions are clear. I liked the laminated sheet explaining what each colour board should be use for. The stand was also sturdy and useful. Boards may be too heavy for some people and I'd recommend you check you're happy with size as on the seller's description, as may be too big for small kitchens. These are sturdy and seem good quality. Pleased with this purchase.

These are amazing chopping boards at a really good price! They’re thick, good quality plastic and I like that it comes with a guide on which colour to use for which kind of produce. The stand is a must-have, as there probably isn’t another chopping board stand that would hold these quite as efficiently. The chopping boards and stand definitely do take up a lot of space, so wouldn’t suit someone looking for a space-saving solution.
