Quality of the product is lacking

I have had this bag for just over 10 months and two of the zippers have broken. Not sure how long the product is under warranty or if there is a warranty.

Missing part in bag when received

Product is great, except that it is missing this zipper/pocket portion and I am unable to find a replacement for this piece online or get sent one. Disappointing considering how much I like the bag.
