I purchased the gala mop whole unit with tub and spin mop 23/09/24 but the spin mop was not rotating in water tub so the rod was exchanged after complaint in 2024. It was purchased when maid was on leave and after her arrival it was seldom used. Again she went on leave so when tried the spin rod has same problem. So I ordered a new rod thinking it must have been improvised by the company now. But to my dismay the new rod didn't work at all in water tub. I couldn't understand that why the same rod is spinning well in ringer (for drying up) but not in water tub. It shakes also and the rod slips over without rotating. Both the time I purchased it from Clicktech Retail Private Limited on Amazon. In fact I bought a SPOTZERO from same retail on 19/03/24 and it has the same problem. These companies should must find a solution for it. I am quite sure others must be having the same problem. Please look into or advise what to do.

Have bought many spin rods form Gala, but they each lasted only for a month...not sure what the problem is , but investiing in this product is a waste. I would understand if a product lasted for 6 months, but this does not, and gets jammed and does not spin in the rinnsing bucket, so not possible to to remove the water, and need to use your hands or feet to squeeze the water out..will surely not recomend this product. Gala used to be good at one time, but now the quality has gone bad and worsened over the years...no more Gala for me...
