Arrived promptly, easy to put together and I immediately put it to work. Did 3 bin loads with no problems at all. Personally I don't put a thick wedge of paper through at once, I prefer to put several smaller batches in. Machine worked really well, I haven't had a chance to try clearing a jam. Didn't need to. No problems with staples either, it didn't hiccup. Easy to empty as bin pulls out the front very neatly. I'm really impressed with the design of the shredder, not too big, moves round easily. Small and compact but can collect a reasonable amount before needs emptying. The resulting shreds are like tiny balls of paper.

Excellent value product for shredding your personal documents for your own safety. It is fairly quiet when it is on, and I DON'T think that you REALLY notice it as I I have been shredding my paperwork for a while now and I'm happy to say that I have found it's not a slow process for the machine takes quite a lot of pieces of paper at once and it will accept staples so that means that it is a time saver as you don't have to get all the staples out before you get shredding. It's do easy to and IF there's a problem with the heat in the machine it's got a good safety feature and it will cut out until it cools down enough BUT to be honest I have managed to use it for a full bucket of documents to be shredded and it has NEVER come to cut off I'm more than happy with the purchase of this particular particular machine and I'm happy to recommend it to you if you could do with a new shredding machine. It is a little on the expensive side, in comparison comparison with the others sold on Amazon BUT THEY ARE WHAT YOU PAY FOR THEM. I definitely don't have any regrets in paying for the dearest machine I could afford because I believe that you get what you pay for. It is a reliable machine and I'm happy to accept it as a VERY GOOD valued product and the end result is a load of shredding paper that is available for the cat's litter tray and it doesn't come at any extra cost to have to purchase cat litter. EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING AND THIS IS MINE and my cat, Domino is happy with it instead of the cat litter as it is softer feeling on her paws than the typical shop bought cat litter.

Replacement for my old shredder. Very strong and shreds 15 pages, more than my old one, and doesnt get hot. Can shred old cd's and stuff like that. Very happy with this.

Had it about a week & finding it an excellent shredder except for one important aspect. Slowly working my way through piles of old paperwork - bank statements, insurance schedules, payslips, credit card statements & receipts from the estate of a deceased relative. Great to be able to shred a fistful at a time. No hint of overheating. The only reason it isn't a 5 star rating is because the shredded pieces are much bigger than with my old shredder. Two cm by half a cm, which is big enough to see usable information. As you can see in the photo if the paper is fed in with the text running vertically usable information can be read. One piece even had the complete postcode.

I am very pleased so far with the Bonsaii 15-Sheet Cross Cut Paper Shredder - I've only had it a few days but to review: It was securely packaged in it's own box but then an additional Amazon box. The instructions were easy to follow and the 4 casters (wheels) located inside the paper drawer, were easy to put on. It is bigger than my previous shredder so it stays on the floor, so having the casters on the bottom is a great idea. As is the window in the front to see when the shredder is getting full. I have at least 8 box files of paperwork to shred but i am only doing it gradually to prevent overheating. Even though it says it will shred staples, I have NOT tried that. I would prefer it to last as long as possible due to the amount i have to shred so I am removing staples. At some point i might see how it deals with staples. I really like how it cuts the pieces up very small. My previous one cut into long strips. So this is another plus. It seems fairly quiet as well. Also, it says it can take 15 sheets at a time, but i am being more cautious and only doing 5 or 6 sheets. So far (touch wood) it has not jammed once! I have already filled 2 recycling boxes with shredded paper! I will update if anything goes wrong but fingers crossed all will be fine. So far, it is worth the extra price, especially if it does the job efficiently, without jamming like my other one constantly did.

Nach einem Modell mit niedriger Sicherheitsstufe (Streifenschnitt) und ohne Auffangbehälter sollte nun ein besserer Aktenvernichter ins Haus, vor allem weil private Dokumente nun in einer Wohnanlage "entsorgt" werden müssen. Der Bonsaii erledigt das jetzt durch die Herstellung kleiner, kaum wieder zusammensetzbarer, Schnipsel. Der Zusammenbau (Aufsetzen des Schredderkopfes auf das Gehäuse, Einsetzen der Rollen) ist unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Optisch passt der Bonsaii gut und unauffällig in eine Ecke im Büro und die Geräuschentwicklung ist, wenn man nicht gerade zu Nachtzeiten oder Sonn-/Feiertags Papier vernichten will, laut aber für das Gerät akzeptabel. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, ob es ein Fehler ist oder ein Sicherheitsfeature ist: Bei Einführen des Papiers springt das Gerät sofort an, nimmt aber Blätter nur mit relativ viel Druck an. Ein einzelnes Blatt lässt sich ungefaltet kaum einführen. Bei mehreren Blättern geht es besser, aber im Vergleich zu meinem alten Einfachgerät auch nur mit leichter Mühe. Daher 4 Sterne, bei höherem Arbeitsanfall würde ich das Gerät vielleicht zurückschicken. Bei im Schnitt 5-6 Blatt pro Woche geht es aber...

Facile d'utilisation, fait de la poussière et un peu de bruit. On ne peut pas l'utiliser longtemps avant qu'il ne se mette en sécurité. Le produit en lui même est bien je recommande pour son prix. Par contre je n'ai pas reçu les papiers eguisants... Vérifiez bien votre colis

Ich hatte im Büro ein Profigerät, dass deutlich mehr Papier schafft. Für meine Zwecke zu Hause reicht dieses Gerät aus, ist aber für größere Mengen meiner Meinung nicht zu empfehlen. Der Partikelschnitt ist gut. Es ist besser, weniger Blätter als angegeben, gleichzeitig zu schreddern. Es ist auch wichtig, das Gerät nachlaufen zu lassen, damit auch alles Papier durchfällt. Allerdings ist es immer wieder nötig, da mal nachzuhelfen. Fazit: für kleine Mengen ok, für den Preis kann man meines Erachtens aber auch nicht mehr erwarten

Dieser Shredder ist für das Büro zu Hause sehr gut geeignet, etwas schwer aber dafür hat er ja die Räder um ihn zu bewegen. Nach Kauf von zwei Billiggeräten, eher Schrott; habe ich mich für den etwas teureren Shredder entschieden.
