Can these sticky stripes be used on wallpaper?

Yes they can I have all my photos up on wallpaper

What are the dimensions of the medium sized strips? The frames I want to hang only have 1.4cm width available each side for sticking command strips

I think they are bigger but had to use a ladder to get my pictures uo but some of mr frames were thin but large size pictures

are these suitable for bathroom tiles?

We certainly use them on bathroom tiles as long as the size Command Strip you use is designed to take the weight of what you are expecting it to hold up. Ensure the tiles are cleaned of all soap/shampoo residue and possibly clean the area they are to adhere to with something like like White Spirit - allow the tiles to become thoroughly dry before fixing the Command strips and press firmly the item you are fixing in the desired position to ensure the adhesive and Velcro attach firmly.
