A perfect upgrade replacement
Direct upgrade pump for my Saeco Incanto which is a sister machine for a Gaggia Anima. I really like the performance after installing this pump. My old pump was 6 years old and was showing signs that it was end of life. I bought this pump as it was an upgraded from my original. This new pump is made of brass instead of plastic which will last longer. It is also an increase in wattage which helps with providing a strong consistent pressure. The coffee taste inproved significantly.

Worked the charm
This absolutely changed my preowned dedica. I had poor flow out of the group head, and after running descaling solution through the machine to no avail i decided to teardown the pump and valve. The rebuild wasn't amazing (due to the crimp clamps delonghi installed as well as the hot glue holding some of the pump wires) but requires a philips screwdriver and a t20 torx security bit for disassembly and reassembly. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from underwhelming extractions or low flow rate. Good luck!

My machine works like new again.
Our Starbucks Barista (by Saeco) machine quit working and my wife had it in a box destined for junk in the garage. It was a really nice machine, we've had it for 15 years already. I tore into it over the weekend, be careful, the back cover metal is almost "knife sharp" on the edges. It's a really rugged machine and completely serviceable. Since it still heated, I surmised it had to be the pump that was defective. Per usual, Amazon had it in stock and cheap. I ordered and received it a couple of days later. It was an easy reinstall, although I had to use some teflon tape to seal the lines. My machine now works as good as ever.

Test the pump first
This pump was a great value and had great reviews. It works better than the original that came on the Delonghi EC680mM... BUT! This pump was 14 months old according to the sticker attached and it only came with a little red cap on one end. There was no water in the pump. It was NOT primed. After FOUR, yes, 4, rebuilds of the espresso machine, and a lot of frustration rebuilding the pump because it was dry and seized up, I finally have a functional espresso maker. And let me say, the pressure is much better than the original pump. The espresso is creamy, frothy on top and delicious. Thanks to a bad "new" pump, I can break down this machine now in minutes and put it back together! ☕️

Seems oddly "different" from other Ulka pumps.
I was very excited to see that I could get on oka pump with the brass outlet fittings, since these are very hard to find. When it arrived, the packaging was terrible and they had no mention of having been made in italy. There are other things that made me a little suspicious of it. After installation, it worked well for around 40 shots. That's about a week for me. After that, it stopped developing pressure. Not sure why, but the machine has been rebuilt, I've tried different solenoid groups, and the only thing I can conclude is that the pump itself has failed. Several other people have made this observation with the same pump. Generally, an Ulka pump will last many years and thousands of cycles. Something is very wrong here.

It appears to be the exact model pump for replacing the unit In my espresso maker, and it works perfectly and fit perfectly.

Replaced my Saeco oem pump of 24 years old which was on its last leg. The new pump is much quieter and gained some pressure. Hope this one lasts 24 years also.

Fits Rancilio Silvia if it isn't modified. With the Auber PID, and with a larger stainless steel elbow, it rubs against the PID connecting block. Substituting a smaller brass elbow gives just enough clearance. This pump's brass outlet is better than the original pump. It is also more powerful. With greater flow, I needed to readjust my OPV. Overall I like it but it is not plug and play if you have the Auber connecting block.

Will never purchase again. After spending money and the time to remove the old pump and reassemble to find out that the new pump doesn’t work… not worth the hassle to use this product. No quality control.
