Cools quickly and is malleable enough to fit around the ankle. You can walk lightly on it once on. Good job, would recommend.

An hour or two in the freezer and it feels frozen but still flexible. Ideal for my sprained ankle!

It fits my currently swollen foot ,(I’m size 5 shoe and have quite slim feet). The gel filling stays malleable and cools for the required time, but needs to be re frozen for further use, which takes about an hour. Very useful shape to wrap round foot and ankle.

1 hour in freezer. Very Easy to put on. Too big to put a shoe over it but not an issue as I am resting the foot with the ice pack on. Much, much better than frozen peas etc. should have bought this a long time ago. Taken my ankles swelling down quite quickly, left it on for approx 1 hour. No negatives.

What can I say! They looked great on the photo! They are nice and cool when they are taken out of the freezer and are easy to shape around an ankle but were difficult to fasten them and I struggled to get them to stay on. At one point I used some ribbon to hold them on.I didn’t find them very suitable to walk with either. They have gel under the sole that I didn’t want to squash incase it burst them and the whole thing would come apart!I therefore organised myself to sit with them on and my feet up off the floor for between 10-20 minutes at a time. That way, they work well and have reduced the swelling in my ankles considerably.Would I buy them again? Probably not. I would look for a better design suitable for ankles.

They fit lovely and do the job

Ordered for a very painful sore ankle brought on by working long hours in the horrible heat in my job , have to say working a treat, admittedly I think could be a better fit around my ankle but I’ve only used twice I’m improving at putting it on with each use. Definitely a huge help , great value for money I just stick it in my freezer for an hour and give it 20 mins it has been a godsend. To recommend

Passt, kühlt sehr gut an den richtigen Stellen, ist leicht und schmerzfrei zu befestigen. Die 20 Min. sind fair angegeben und werden auch bei heißem Wetter erreicht. Die Kühlleistung ist stärker als ich erwartet hatte und die Intensität kann selbst bestimmt werden (abhängig davon, wie eng die Klettverschlüsse geschlossen werden). Absolut verdiente 5/5.

Gleich vorweg: sie sind nicht schlecht.Am Anfang hatte ich so meine Schwierigkeiten sie richtig anzulegen, aber wenn man mal den Dreh raus hat, dann gehts. Zuerst hab ich sie gleich nach dem Auspacken in den Kühlschrank gelegt für 5 Stunden. Beim Herausnehmen waren sie angenehm kühl auf der Haut. Doch nach etwa einer halben Stunde war der kühlende Effekt weg. Wenn man an einem Hitzeödem leidet, dann bringt eine halbe Stunde nicht viel. So, als nächstes in den Tiefkühlschrank über Nacht. Am nächsten Tag hab ich sie dann zuerst mal 20 Minuten auftauen lassen, sonst bekommt man Frostbeulen und sie dann auf die Füße gewickelt. Entweder bin ich zu heiß 😉 oder der Kühlungseffekt ist nicht mehr als 1 Stunde. Zu wenig für die geschwollenen Füße. Aber: wenigstens 1 Stunde hatte ich ein angenehmes Gefühl und die Hautspannung ließ nach.

Ich bin umgeknickt und suchte nach einer guten Möglichkeit meinen Fuß zu kühlen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir diese Kühlmanschetten gekauft. Sie kamen direkt am nächsten Tag an. Habe sie beide direkt in die Gefriertruhe gepackt. Jetzt habe ich immer abwechselnd eine Kühlmöglichkeit. Ich habe sie zunächst direkt auf den Fuß getan aber das ist meiner Meinung nach zu kalt. Also Socke an und erst ein paar Minuten warten. Sie kühlen gut und man kann auch damit laufen. Allerdings lässt die Kühlung ziemlich schnell nach. Das hätte ich doch etwas anders erwartet. Würde sie aber trotzdem immer wieder kaufen
