Laser and software

Hi, Not even cardboard protection, nothing like a presentation! The software is complicated, the USB drive doesn't work, nor can I download the app, nothing! I don't really like it when I open it; we're not in the 80s. Thanks.

Not a fiber laser marking machine, it's a 1.5W DPSS Laser

Just a simple and very low power DPSS marking machine, unlike the claimed fiber laser in the product photos, this machine is not a fiber laser and it's not a 2W laser. You can mark some metal cards, some plastics but it does not work on wood, paper, transparent materials or cardboard. bought it when it was 3500 now the prices has increased to more than 1000. even @ 3500 AED, I find it overpriced for it's limited functionality.
