I think they would get soggy, although I didn't try it.

Are there nuts in the ingredients?

I really don't know for sure but I don't think so. The four packages I have in the cupboards right now have no list of ingredients with them. There is no taste of nuts at all, and the flavor is excellent with chocolate or vanilla fillings.
