Professional Resistance Bands. Latex-Free, Work Out Bands, Stretch Bands for Working Out Women or Men, Exercise Bands Set for Physical Therapy (with Handle)

This is a great starter pack at a reasonable price. I am able to find the resistance that I need for each workout. I use them for physical therapy and they were recommended by my physical therapist. On a good day (when I am in less pain), I can use the bands with higher resistance and on bad days I use the lower or lowest resistance bands. The ones with a handle are easy to affix to a door on one end. It comes with a drawstring storage bag that I use to store them. They work well and are durable. It looks like someone really strong could easily break the lowest resistance band if they are not careful but the higher resistance bands are definitely durable and much stronger than the lowest. The paperwork provided is also useful.

These resistance bands have been amazing! I purchased these after my physical therapist recommended them because most bands out there have latex and I have an allergy to latex. These bands have worked perfectly and work just as good as any other bands on the market! Great value, easy to use, love that their resistance strength is identified by which color each one is, easy to switch the handle onto each band.

Love this set of workout bands as they are durable as well as effective for workouts. More importantly, these bands are latex free which is crucial for my latex allergy.

These are excellent! In my short time using them, I love the interchangeability, and the fact that they have handles and are also not a closed loop is a huge deal for the exercises I do. Most importantly, for someone with a latex allergy in the family, finding something that was actually latex free was next to impossible, so stumbling across these, and for such a great price, HUGE win.

Works well for shoulder injury after physical therapy. Easy to use

I have a latex allergy and it is challenging to find exercise equipment that is latex free. I was excited to try this set with 5 different tubes for one set of handles. Unfortunately the set does not come with any instructions on how you are supposed to change the tubes. Seems like you will rip the tube is you try to pull it out of the handle. No way to contact the seller! No link to a website or video! It also says it is adjustable for different lengths but the instructions for that is just a picture of the handle and a ball. The ball doesn't fit into the handle opening and I have no idea how to adjust. The set seemed like a good price but if I can only use one tube at one length because they don't tell you how to change it, not really worth the price at all. Probably going back unless someone from company can send instructions. I hate wasting time on things that don't work!!

Unfortunately, when using the band it snapped out of the handle while using it and I can't figure out how to contact the seller to either replace or get a refund because it's outside the 30 day period. I'm now nervous to continue using this product and latex free exercise equipment is difficult to find.
