Does it have an sd card with it? it says its an adapter. if so, what kind?

It does not come with a microSD card, but it can use MicroSD cards which you can use the adapter with to plug it into your PC or MAC to copy over your files.

Can this run gba games if i load gba games on it?

I have tried to get this product to work, but i am still recieving an error message that says, "micro sd initial error". please assist.

Make sure your SD card is formatted to FAT32, and 4-32 GB in capacity.

Can i use this on 2 different gameboys or does it get locked to one handheld?

Yes you can use it on multiple gameboys, it also works in my Super Gameboy on my Super Nintendo. I have heard that these don't work on some third party consoles. So I'd only buy if you have real hardware
