No scale necessary
I have a 2.5 liter CO 2 tank these powders are perfectly mixed to give you 400psi.Make sure you check the citric acid packet, if it's lumpy makes sure you squeeze them to even back out .This will make it dissolve evenly.

"Material B" bags not properly sealed from manufacturer, leaked all over package and
I received the item, the box was in good shape, but it seems that the bags are not totally sealed from the manufacturer, so the powder that is "Material B" leaks out of the bags in the package and all over me when I lifted a bag out of the box. All 5 of the "Material B" bags were unsealed in this manner. In my pics you can see the powder past the seal all leaking out of the package. ***Update feom 1 star to 4 stars, Seller reached out after my review and sent me a replacement which was all properly sealed.
