Business Statistics 1st Edition

The layout of the information is probably the WORST I have ever come across.1) There are WAY TOO MANY cloud icon's/circles with information (most of it is repetitive since it's already stated in the paragraphs) inside of them. There are lines with arrows going from the "clouds" to a graph or to a paragraph which makes it confusing. Literally, every page has this. Bold print everywhere and the layout needs more spacing. There is just too much going on each page. It's very cluttered to the point that is kind of messy. My classmates that I talked to agree with me.2) There is a lot of highlighting already done in the book but I find that pointless. Students are more inclined to learn the information when they highlight it themselves while reading it.3) One last note, I did not find the editor's attempt at humor to be funny. When reading the Chapters, the editor would go off on a slight tangent to make his examples/writing funny. This ruins a student's concentration when reading and trying to understand the material in the book. Student's (like myself) don't need to be distracted with jokes.Anyways, take a look at this book and you will see what I mean.

I hated statistics before I started this class and now that its over I hate statistics even more.Its not that I hate math. I actually quite enjoy math. I hate twisting math into pointless imaginary numbers shrouded under the guise of science. As far as this particular book is concerned. I found some of the lessons to be less than thoroughly explained and insufficient real world examples regarding the use and purpose of statistics.

good book, peeked in a few times, read up some things for class. Overall, its a good book.

As far as statistics books are concerned, this is a great one. I think Robert Donnelly did a creative job writing the chapters in his best attempt to make statistics a tad more interesting.

It was what the seller said it was. It is a statistic book I am not in love with it. But the seller did great.

The content of the book is good, but the first 100 pages are nearly falling out of the book when I received it. All pages are included but I was disappointed with the quality of the book when I received my order. Paying $14 a semester clearly reflects of the quality of the book you get.

Great book. I had to buy it for my statistics class. I use it for study and homework. It's an easy to understand the book, just follow along and I have no trouble understanding the contents and get ready for my class.

Classes are made by professors not books. This one was ok. I would delete it but I can't so I am writing a review.

It is in good condition.
