MedCline Acid Reflux Pillow Relief System, Large for 6'0" and Over

It does the job, but also unfortunately the long pillow causes a kink in my neck. I'm thinking I might just get rid of some of the stuffing and see how that works.

If you can’t stand not being able to put your arm and shoulder through the mattress when you’re side sleeping then this is for you. I sleep like I’m dead because of this thing. Legitimately you can help with sleep apnea and acid reflux so much so that I feel like it’s key to avoiding some of the negative side affects of those things. I almost never have acid reflux anymore and when I sleep in this system I find I feel more rested overall. The one down side to this system is if you sweat at all the few covers they give you stain very easy and they are very expensive to replace. So I recommend pairing this system with a bed air conditioner. It makes the bed stay cool all the out the night and just makes everything feel that much better. I definitely recommend this system to anyone thinking about getting one. This is an investment on your longevity and well being at the end of the day. It’s big too btw you bout have to store it under the bed or something.

I think that the biggest thing that I had to get past was the price. I sure am glad that my blinders were removed. I wouldn't recommend it for someone that doesn't sleep alone. I am 216lbs at 6ft tall and I have mine directly in the middle of my queen bed. Yes, they have different sizes but choose carefully. I live with chronic pain that is particularly in my low back and into my right buttock and hip after 6 back surgeries. With this device, I am once again able to sleep in my bed more often than I have in years. I have had to have both of my shoulders totally replaced and with this device, I am once again able to return to my bed and sleep on my side to relieve the butt and hip pain. I am able to make it to the old fetal position and pull the body pillow up between my legs which takes the pressure off my hips, back, and Thank God, my shoulders. There are so many ways that having this product has blessed my life that I could go on for a long time. Just to make it through the night without feeling as if I am drowning in GERD backup is certainly worth the price. I have to spend way too much time sleeping in my recliner and there is no way to rotate or take the pressure off without just getting up which is all too often extremely painful to do. I don't always get to sleep in my bed for a period more than five hours but I do get my best quality sleep doing so. I had actually reached the point where I began to wonder if a really good rest was ever going to happen again. My wife is currently in the nursing home which enables me to do this. If she were home, I would not be able to use this device without separate beds. We have tried just about every kind of bed on the market over a thirty year period. It just didn't work! We could not afford a bed that allowed each of to enjoy separate adjustments therefore making her miserable when I truly needed the GERD relief and impossible to comfort both of with me trying to get through the back pain. Make sure that you have enough bed to accommodate this unit. If the bed area is not plenty wide beneath you, you will easily find yourself in the floor without being prepared. Overall, I can not begin to say what a blessing this unit has been for me and I would only hope that you would experience the same.

This has been very helpful with my reflux, it feels good even when you’re just relaxing in the evening reading and I like how it feels like a cocoon. I do not like the bulk when I want to make a bed and have it look nice, but it is worth it. After I purchased this, I broke my wrist and it has been nice to have as I can rest my wrist on the tube part of the pillow I recommended. It is easy to wash the case and put back on. I did notice my reflux come back right away when I didn’t use it so I used it for a few more weeks and may just continue to use it forever because it’s comfortable.
