My Magic Writing Machine-worth every penny.
It was supposed to arrive in a month when I ordered it, but it Was sitting in my doorstep in less than a week! The shipping package was sturdy and extremely well insulated against any damage. I think this company could ship a dozen eggs without cracking open a chicken, it was so carefully packaged. This rockstar was together in 5 minutes. FIVE!! And thatโs despite all my thumbs and complete disinterest in reading assembly instructions. The levers to move the desk and seat up, down, and slidey, took an OOMPH to move on the first try-sort of like my grandfather trying to get out of a chair-but after the initial movement, also like Grandpa- everything was gliding smoothly and still does. The bike is silent. i could hear my kid trying to heist some Oreos and replace the cookie jar lid easily. I like that you can track miles, time, and about 5 other things on a digital read out, located on the base of the bike, between your legs. However, the readout on the bike body is hard to see. If it was backlit it would be easier to stare down between my knees without having to squint and shine my phone flashlight. I was worried about the legs-but there was absolutely no problem. Those things are sturdy. Bike seat is comfortable, although I donโt sit allllll day. Iโm on and off, usually doing a half hour to an hour at each stint. The level of the desk is great too- the perfect height for typing (the wrist guard is comfy) and I donโt have neck issues from looking down. Very ergonomically pleasing. I did order a gel seat, but it didnโt fit and wasnโt really necessary anyway, so itโs on its way back to the Amazon. Oh- the castors are a bugger to move on carpet. Think: briar embedded in sheep dogโs hair. But, this is a bonus, as I donโt plan to move it around much. The drink โholderโ is strange- a shallow disk. Youโd have a leg-scorching case in court if you tried to stabilize a cup of coffee on that thing, but Iโm there to work anyway. Not to guzzle. Besides, getting up to get another cup is a good butt break. Iโm in love with this bike, and itโd be nice if I was getting paid to say that, but Iโm not. That being said, I recommend it all day long and five times on Sunday. Itโs a great bike, sturdy, comfy, and Iโm getting some movement. Worth every penny!

Great product - Great idea - Seriously!
All of the reviews that describe this desk bike as "stable" "solid" "easy to use" "smooth ride" are right on the mark. If you are seeking one more way to keep moving, this is an excellent option. I teach several online courses and find myself sitting at my computer for many more hours than I would prefer. The consequences of my extensive sitting are not good . . . at all. In fact, I am alarmed at the negative impact of being tied to a computer at a desk for extended periods of time has had on my health and my body. And yes, I have access to and do use a stand-up desk as well, but it all adds up to no good. So, while I am quite sure this desk bike is not the fix-all that would solve all of my sedentary lifestyle issues, it is a step - or a pedal rather - in the right direction. I have shown it to my colleagues and many are already on board. Also, Check out the version of this product that serves as a "chair" for an existing stand-up desk. https://www.amazon.com/FLEXISPOT-Office-Exercise-Height-Adjustable/dp/B079STYRGF/ref=asc_df_B079STYRGF/?tag=hyprod-0&linkCode=df0&hvadid=309806240144&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=15904035442863728035&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031558&hvtargid=pla-570575619791&psc=1 It has no table tray feature, just a bike lower portion that you can pull up to your stand-up desk and sit at, and then lower the seat and store under the desk when not in use and it is priced at $100 less than this desk bike; I think that will be my next purchase.

Why didnโt I purchase this sooner?!
Iโm a professional cyclist and attending school online. Iโm not used sitting for long periods of time. When I do, my back and legs ache. It was an Amazon prime deal impulse purchase. Might be my favorite Amazon purchase to date!! This way, Iโm increasing blood flow and staying productive. Iโll definitely count this training as active recovery ;) I love that the seat is easily adjustable and the pedals fold in. Itโs pretty compact and easy to move around. It slides under my standing desk perfectly so I donโt need the top attachment. So happy!

So far so good
The makers poked me to write a review, so here goes. I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She has a rowing machine she rarely uses, but I noticed she works on her laptop daily in front of the TV in our living room. It's the only way she can stay caught up on her work email. When the package arrived, I noticed it was really heavy. After unboxing it, I was pleasantly surprised to see it came in only two parts - I was half expecting to put a lot of pieces together - the desktop and the exercise bike. After installing a single bolt to attach the desktop to the bike and unfolding the legs and pedals, it was ready to go. It is kind of heavy, as I said previously, and though I was able to carry it from the garage and into the house by myself (some stairs involved), you may need a second person to help. It does have rollers which worked great on our hardwood flooring, but I doubt they would work as easily on carpeting. At first, my wife complained because the desktop doesn't have a tilt feature, but she got over that. It is solidly built and I can't hear my wife pedaling as she spins, it's that quiet. So far, she says she likes the bike. She sometimes eats her meals on the desktop as she cycles and watches tv. Her only complaint is the seat. It gets a bit uncomfortable given enough time, so we bought one of those gell seats and now she can spin for hours in relative comfort. All that remains to be seen is will she continue using it, or will it sit idle like the rowing machine.

Flexi is my bestie
So the pandemic happened. And even though I already WFH prior to that, I now couldn't go to the gym or be in close quarters with randos breathing all heavy. So I got this. It felt like a splurge for something silly, but it had great reviews. I did a lot of research on desk bikes/under desk treadmills, etc. when I realized i wasn't getting enough cardio in, and it felt necessary to get SOMETHING I could do while working. I hate putting stuff together and am terrible at it, but this assembly was surprisingly simple. It just weighs a lot. But it's made well, isn't terrible looking, and everyone who sees it in my house (whether on zoom or in person) firstly LAUGHS at it, then they ooh and ahh and order one for themselves. It's so quiet when I am pedaling, it feels sturdy/well made, and I have zero complaint. It's not gonna make you a Tour de France winner, but it will help keep that heart/energy level going. I'm still pretty stoked on this thing, over a year later.

Well-made and easy to set up
The desk-bike was incredibly easy to put together: flip the wheels outโclick!โstick the seat post inโ-put the desk on and use the Allen wrench to tighten itโbatteries in the LCD displayโand done! The bike works smoothly and the range of resistance is good for using while working, though if youโre a serious cyclist you wonโt be able to get a heavy workout even at the highest setting. But thatโs not the purpose. The seat adjusts up and down with a spring loaded lever like an office chair. The desk glides front to back easily and locks firmly in place, which allows you to lean forward or backward when you want a change of position. I have worked my way up to 1:45 daily and my goal is to spend most of the workday pedaling. After the first hour I got to where I didnโt even notice my legs moving while typing, though I have to stop pedaling when using Photoshop or anything requiring fine cursor movements. The only downsides: 1. Seat doesnโt tilt; Iโd like it to tip it forward 10-20 degrees for comfort. Itโs not a standard seatpost so you canโt really replace it either, but the seat provided is wide and well-cushioned with high-density gel foam. 2. The whole unit on its wheels is kind of high off the floor, so getting on and off is a little awkward, especially when my legs are wobbly from pedaling. The casters arenโt the lockable kind, so you have to be careful it doesnโt roll away while youโre hopping up onto the seat. I am only 5โ2โ though, and this would probably not be an issue for an average height person. Overall, I feel like this was an excellent purchase that should help me ward off some of the bad effects of a sedentary writing and editing career.

Works great, many comfort settings. (Got Two Right pedals, no left) Vendor sent a replacement.
Looks solid but arrived with two right (R) pedals and no left (L) pedal, making it non-functional. I will revise review upon receiving response and resolution by vendor. Vendor promptly arranged for a replacement pedal. I have revised my review accordingly. This bicycle is solidly built, has a stable, flat desktop for writing/computing. The seat and table height can be adjusted. The desktop can be moved forward and back, making it easy to get into a comfortable position. Others have noted that it does not get to a very difficult level to help break a sweat. I agree but this is intended to keep my body moving throughout the day and it most adequately meets that objective. If the difficultly level was harder, I would prefer that, however.

Happy with my purchase
I needed an exercise bike that was not to large or heavy and easy to move around. Having the desk feature is great, can watch TV or use my laptop or read a book etc. Nice feature & getting the exercise I need.

Overall I like it
Have been using past 2 mos and working out as expected. Easy to assemble. desk surface is adequate to work on and seat/desk adjustment is great. Citicisms are that it is on wheels that dont lock, how stupid is that? (bought coasters to prevent it from sliding), the pedals should have straps and the display is completely useless because i cant see it.
