Great Golf Swing Trainer for Improving Technique!
The Black Golf Impact Ball has been a great addition to my practice routine. Itโs easy to use and really helps with posture correction and improving my swing technique. A must-have training aid for golfers looking to refine their skills!

Golf aid
This is not a good product. The belt does not work properly making of no real use. I am returning it.

Cheap but potentially useful
Not much has been spent on producing this. You get an inflatable ball that is attached by an adjustable strap. No instructions but you can see from the Amazon pics that the idea is that it helps keep your arms together in a strong V in the backswing and follow through . Any golf hacker (like me) can tell you that is easier said than done as the tendency to 'chicken wing' or separate arms when swinging is very hard to eradicate and leads to inconsistent strikes. The theory is all very well but putting it into practice, especially when practicing off course, is a problem as no golf ball means no feedback. This at least gives a degree of that and hopefully will help me stop practising my faults. The weather has been so bad I haven't got out on the course to see if it has had any effect. If so expect an additional star.

Good training aid
So I have a tendency to get a little disconnected in my swing and my golf instructor advised me to try one of these. it's basically like a small inflatable beachball on a lanyard which you hang around your neck. Then keep between your forearms as you swing. It works well but maybe something you'd want to use either at home on your own or with an instructor in a coaching studio - I'd feel a bit weird using this on a public driving range. I have been using it at home in the garden trying out practice swings and trying to impart some muscle memory...hopefully it makes a difference when I get to the range or play my next round of golf. Justin Rose uses one so it can't be a bad training aid!!

As described
Does exactly what it is intended to do. Lanyard could be thinner/less chunky but altogether fine.
