I'm not overweight and the ball was not overinfkated but it burst from under me causing me to hit the deck hard. Having dislocated my shoulder 2 months ago I am very lucky I didn't do it again. Do not buy, product is not safe. Manufacturer are lucky that I'm not making a personal injury claim.

Great item. Really well made and sturdy. Doesn't deflate in use which is great. The only downside I would be aware of is the size guide. I went for the biggest size to use it as a desk chair replacement and based on my height. However it is way too big. It's not an issue as we have deflated slightly instead, I just wish I had gotten the medium size instead. UPDATE: hole is forming in the outer wall. Really disappointed after only 9 months use. I will expect it to pop any day now. Wouldn't buy again.

I’ve had this exercise ball for less than a week! I got it to help improve my sitting posture in the new WFH environment. Truly disappointed by the poor quality of the product. Sensed it might not be great when I took it out of the packaging and felt the material (rather thin), but I gave it a shot. I’ve only sat on it on a hardwood floor, with no debris around me that might have punctured the ball. However, as you can see in the picture, it didn’t matter. So now I’m on the hunt for another brand that hopefully has a better reputation for high-quality home workout gear.

Straws are provided to inflate the ball but smaller than the hole so all the air comes out the side before you can fit the plug in and it keeps deflating. Spares are provided but this is not sturdy enough as Pilates exercise ball. I purchased this to practice physio and coordination and can manage as it is but it's not suitable for the exercises shown in the instructions. I have asked other people to help with inflating the ball but still squidgy and not firm for exercise.

So, for context; I was a Leisure Club Manager for 10 years, and have therefore encountered and had to inflate my fair share of these. I will make this short. This ball is awful. Its really crap. A total waste of money. Please buy something else. I thought I would be getting a great ball for this price - it is not. Although inflated as per the instructions... it has never achieved a spherical shape. as such it constantly rolls around the place in some sort of weird oval form... I have tried many different "firmness" attempts with inflating it in order to try and secure a round shape. Also it leaks.. constantly..... I have to top up every 3 days or so.. I thought it was the air stoppers but you get 3 and I've changed them out and none of them work. Total waste of money. I have even left it a few weeks before writing this just to give the ball time to settle....but still no joy. To be honest I am only writing this review as I went onto Amazon to complain about it and "Write a Review" came up so I though..."ok"

This was supposed to be 65cm (as per my order, and as per the size on the box) and after a lot of effort trying to pump this up over 2 days, it is no where near this size. The foot pump just slips out and you are left with a product that is not fit for purpose. And in order to get any money back, amazon charge £3.99 for a refund. Think twice before you buy this product as you might end up wasting more money if it is not correct.

I bought the Large size (58-65cm) as my previous ball was 65 cm. I'm a 5'8" tall woman with long legs, but this ball is FAR too small - as another reviewer has found. So I've had to return it after all the hassle of spending 2 days trying to inflate it to the fullest size, very disappointed and annoyed. And now the only colour available in the XL size is black which I don't want. I've had a Trideer ball for 6 years now, it's my sole office chair and it's fab except now the top of the ball has hardened and is kind of crinkly which makes it uncomfortable and it's also deflating more often now so I need to replace it. I had no trouble buying it the first time but now the sizing seems weird to me... why say it's up to someone who's 5'8 when it clearly isn't?!?!

This ball was (I thought) good for a few days, but then it sadly popped whilst doing my son’s breathing physiotherapy. Really shocked as I’ve had many exercise balls for a long period of time but this one obviously can’t withstand much pressure when exercising. Disappointed with the purchase of it as it was over £20! Wouldn’t recommend & wouldn’t buy again.

I bought the Trideer 9‑inch Pilates ball to add some variety to my home workouts, and it turned out to be a great little tool. The material feels durable, has a nice grip, and doesn’t slip even on hardwood floors. Inflation was quick — the included straw pump works fine — and the ball holds air really well. It’s firm enough for core exercises but still has a bit of give, which makes it comfortable for Pilates, barre, and stretching routines. I’ve been using it for balance work, glute activation, and lower‑back support, and it adds a surprising amount of challenge for such a small ball. The exercise guide is a nice bonus if you’re just getting started. Overall, a simple but very effective addition to any home gym

This exercise ball is made with high quality, durable material. It’s very bouncy, sturdy, non-sticky, and non-slippery. The lines on the ball make it easy to hold, squeeze, and bounce even if you’re a heavy sweater. I use the ball both for exercise and as an office chair. I followed the size chart to find the right size, and this worked perfectly for me. The ball is packaged with a small foot pump, and took about 5 minutes to inflate. Also enclosed are an air hose, two different sizes of nozzles for the air hose, three white plug pins, and a plug pull clip. The colours are vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, and I used nail polish to paint the heads of the plug pins the same color as my ball. Although the simple instructions for initial inflation and use are posted midway down the product page, the instructions enclosed in the package are not nearly as clear and comprehensive. Before using for the first time, 1) use the enclosed measuring tape or your own tape measure to make a note of your ball height (45cm, 55cm, 65cm, etc.) with a piece of tape or post-it note on the wall (do not use it to measure the diameter of the inflated ball), 2) pump the ball up to about 80% of that height and leave it for 24 hours without using, 3) after 24 hours, pump the ball to slightly more than the full height (you’ll lose a little air when you transfer in the plug after pumping) then leave it for another 24 hours before using.

UPDATE: As a result of my 2 out of 5 review, I was refunded and given a new ball. The new ball is of noticeably better quality and is very sturdy. It came in a box that looked very different from my other one. I'm convinced I got a counterfeit ball before. This ball that I got directly from Trideer is excellent! OLD REVIEW: I use these as a chair at my desk at work. My first one of these worked like a charm for several months and then all of a sudden deflated (I assume something poked a hole in it). My second one however has to be re-inflated every few days or else it'll completely deflate. Very annoying and will not purchase again.
