Wow words for this ball and it’s speedy delivery fails me. It is strong and as described should be purchased depending on one’s height, this I did which is proving a great help for my knees injuries. From ordering it arrived within 24 hrs. I am still puzzled on how it was humanly possible considering I live on an island on the western isles. Incredible service!

Worked so well during pregnancy. The firmer the ball the better. Was comfortable, and helps even postpartum. Very valuable for money. Material is strong, don't be afraid to bounce !

Easy to inflate.

I recently purchased the Trideer pregnancy ball and I’m extremely pleased with it. The quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy and safe to use. It provides great support during exercises and helps relieve back and hip discomfort. The size is perfect, and it’s easy to inflate and clean. Overall, it’s a fantastic product that adds comfort during pregnancy. Highly recommended for expecting mothers. It is more than the value I paid for, and very easy to use.

Bought this for my daughter, she says it’s comfy to sit on and helps to ease her sore back and improves her sitting posture, she was impressed that it came with two books, one for exercises to do and also a book to fill in about the baby including photos, growth and loads of other things

I bought the Trideer 9‑inch Pilates ball to add some variety to my home workouts, and it turned out to be a great little tool. The material feels durable, has a nice grip, and doesn’t slip even on hardwood floors. Inflation was quick — the included straw pump works fine — and the ball holds air really well. It’s firm enough for core exercises but still has a bit of give, which makes it comfortable for Pilates, barre, and stretching routines. I’ve been using it for balance work, glute activation, and lower‑back support, and it adds a surprising amount of challenge for such a small ball. The exercise guide is a nice bonus if you’re just getting started. Overall, a simple but very effective addition to any home gym

This exercise ball is made with high quality, durable material. It’s very bouncy, sturdy, non-sticky, and non-slippery. The lines on the ball make it easy to hold, squeeze, and bounce even if you’re a heavy sweater. I use the ball both for exercise and as an office chair. I followed the size chart to find the right size, and this worked perfectly for me. The ball is packaged with a small foot pump, and took about 5 minutes to inflate. Also enclosed are an air hose, two different sizes of nozzles for the air hose, three white plug pins, and a plug pull clip. The colours are vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, and I used nail polish to paint the heads of the plug pins the same color as my ball. Although the simple instructions for initial inflation and use are posted midway down the product page, the instructions enclosed in the package are not nearly as clear and comprehensive. Before using for the first time, 1) use the enclosed measuring tape or your own tape measure to make a note of your ball height (45cm, 55cm, 65cm, etc.) with a piece of tape or post-it note on the wall (do not use it to measure the diameter of the inflated ball), 2) pump the ball up to about 80% of that height and leave it for 24 hours without using, 3) after 24 hours, pump the ball to slightly more than the full height (you’ll lose a little air when you transfer in the plug after pumping) then leave it for another 24 hours before using.

I have been using the xxl exercise ball for the last 2 years. I purchased a L and was not satisfied with the size. I contacted customer service and I was assisted with an accurate sized ball for both my height and weight. I will definitely be purchasing from this company for all my future exercise needs.
