I bougth this product from UK and i want just to let you know the This device IS WORKING in the UK electric network , at my place the voltage is 230v and the device worked just fine without any problems , the quality of the product looking from outside is decent , (rated for 65A but i do not to switch more than 30A, as all the china specs has to be 50% derated in general. In long run i don't know how it will work , and i will come back to complete this review if the product will not last as expected. (at least 12months) . Until then all i can say is that i'm happy with the product , decent product at a decent price. I really recommend this product for projects around the house , (is working as it should in UK electrical network)

RATED FOR THE UK [Ignore other reviews talking about the rating due to their power specs that are most likely dodgy setups to begin with]. Has an overvoltage rating of 270v and a recovery voltage of 250v. **Modern electrical equipment labeled for 220V–230V is designed to operate safely within a range of 207V to 253V(which these fall within both ends of) to ensure it works across different European and UK networks.** The device also supports 50Hz, which matches the UK's standard frequency. I have multiple now and they have been working great for almost a year now. I use them for when my PV solar off grid network sometimes goes offline, then these switches switch to my mains as backup and then back to solar automatically once it's back online. I also use a backup battery APC UPS for my office setup as the transfer speed of these switches can be a tiny bit (talking ms's) slow but enough as it can reset my pc & internet so the APC UPS bridges this for sensitive electronics(but most other devices this is barely noticeable, especially in my kitchen where the kettle, microwave and airfryer just continue with their cooking timers like normal during the transitions).

I ordered two of them, one was working well and is very useful, while the other one was faulty. I had to return it back, and claim a refund. The issue with the faulty one is same as reported by others in reviews. The LED light is blinking, meaning that power is recognized as out of range, while it's not. To verify that is faulty and not a normal operation, I had to connect both into the same circuit. There are several reviews reporting that issue, and is really worrying because that would mean that the supplier might have released some faulty products in the market without testing. UPDATE: I have reordered a replacement and is in good condition. So, two out of three are working perfectly fine, and only one of them for me was faulty. Compact size and easy to connect, although a bit noisy. I will buy it again, as long as it is in good condition it does the job.

Using this on my boat to switch between inverter and mains. Not it's intended use but perfect for switching to shore power just by turning the inverter off Had this working for a couple of months now and delighted with it. Excellent build quality and easy to install. I bought the 3 pole version which I assume is intended for 3 phase but the extra poles are useful for switching, in my case, battery charger which is only used when on shore power and which otherwise could inadvertently be switched on when on inverter. Considerably cheaper that the manual switch it's replaced too

Been 6 months, works great...

This feels like a well built product, but this product is not designed for UK grid voltage. Max allowed UK grid voltage is 253.6V. At my property the grid voltage is usually 251V. The manual that comes with the product says over voltage is 270V, then voltage to restore is 250V +-5V. When connected, the LED for grid voltage flashes to indicate it is "out of spec". My backup power is 230V, when that is energised it switches over without issue, but it will not switch back to grid power because it is "out of spec". This product will work in some locations in the UK, but how many people know their local grid voltage ? This product is useless to me and I will be returning.

So far, works perfectly! Well made and easy to install. Used to auto switch between EHU and Inverter on a motorhome.

Does not work on uk voltage as the average uk voltage is 245vac

Extremely fast switching over lights don't even flicker nearly, when switch back load are powerless for half a second, so any computer or routers/LAN switches needs to be reprogrammed as reboots as if this, unless a laptop with internal battery ups. Easy to and simple to connect as don't need any extra cables. Shows power states in 1 in 2 and out. Works great for lights but not if have computers or 'stupid kitchen stuff that have clocks or other programming' as needs to be reprogrammed. It's a pity that can't even manually safely switch as that way creates even longer power losses. Ok, but not perfect for my use.

Faulty.

Lo avevo acquistato l anno scorso ed ero rimasto deluso dal funzionamento, facendo quindi il reso, ho voluto riprovare ad acquistarlo di nuovo sperando che fosse difettoso quello precedente, e infatti ho avuto ragione, questa volta funziona benissimo, addirittura quando scambia da entrambe le linee e veloce non facendo spegnere le apparecchiature domestiche, tv, frigorifero ecc. Ovvio che si vede un leggero lampeggio delle luci, ma lo fa anche il mio inverter ibrido quando scambia da fv a rete. Quindi se vi arriva non difettoso e un buon acquisto per il prezzo richiesto.
