Good value and quality; not a phytosome
Not as effective as phytosomal curcumin (Meriva; also sold by Now), but great value and quality for a standard curcumin+piperine blend.

One capsule (instead of too many more) and it works beautifully.
How many turmeric curcumin with bioperine products have I bought so far? Probably 30. I have arthritis in my thumbs, and I play Bridge, so I need to be able to shuffle and hold my cards. Many of the products I've bought (including ones to make the mix myself) have either been too hard to take (the homemade version) or required 3 capsules. Not so with this one: it's one capsule each morning. It works, it's worth every penny, there's no pain in my thumbs, no side effects, and I'm able to shuffle the cards so well that I got into a meditative state and the other players have to stop me and ask me to deal instead.

It Helps
It seems to help with the neuropathy. I take 3 a day, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening, but I usually have to take acetaminophen in the evening also. This brand doesn’t leak the powder all over like some of them.

A brand I can trust
I switched to this curcumin after realizing the previous one I was purchasing had seriously failed third party testing performed in a paper published by NOW. Sure, you can quibble over the brand funding third party testing, but it’s enough smoke for me to switch. If a company doesn’t have the scruples to put what they say they’re putting in there, I absolutely don’t trust them to avoid harmful chemicals either.
